We enjoyed our time with Paola learning how to make sbrisolona. Paola was very organized and welcoming. We enjoyed learning about other local foods and traditions. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Anna and Katya are fantastic! Our party of 6 had the most fun with them and the food was delicious! Our best meal in Lago di Como. Highly recommend for a family or friend activity.

Teresa, our host, was amazing. She is an excellent cook and teacher, and we learned a lot. She also made us feel like family. It was an amazing experience. The view from her terrace is so beautiful as we enjoyed the meal we had prepared together on her terrace.

We had the best time with Roberta! Her home is absolutely stunning. She was a patient and kind teacher! We loved everything we made. The filling for the tortellini was fantastic! Her homemade ragu to go with our tagliatelle was out of this world!! Tiramisu was to die for! We loved this experience and would happily do it again!!

Abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza fantastica con le Cesarine a casa di Roberta. Cucinare i tortelloni direttamente a casa sua è stato non solo divertente, ma anche incredibilmente autentico. Roberta è una padrona di casa splendida e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliatissimo!

È stata davvero una bellissima esperienza! Abbiamo trascorso alcune ore piacevolissime imparando a preparare piatti della tradizione italiana in un’atmosfera autentica, rilassata e molto accogliente.

Un grazie speciale a Martina per averci aperto le porte della sua casa e per aver condiviso con noi, con tanta simpatia e generosità, le sue ricette e i suoi consigli. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa!

Ora che siamo tornati in Messico, stiamo già mettendo in pratica quello che abbiamo imparato e non vediamo l’ora di preparare questi piatti per la nostra famiglia.

Marilena's cooking class is exceptional! I have not enjoyed and had such a good time cooking ever before! Marilena is wonderful in every way...and really enjoys sharing her joy of cooking...it shows in the way she engages with you, her organization and preparation and overall energy! The experience was outstanding and the food and wine was delicious! Truly one of the best meals we had in Italy! Marilena is warm and kind and a lovley person!
I highly recommend Marilena's cooking class...You will have the best time!

Great morning cooking with Christina. She was very welcoming and showed us how to make gnocchi, zucchini soufflé and tiramisu. She showed around her lovely home.

Our gracious host , Alessandra, was spectacular in every way. Her knowledge, her presentation, and personality most importantly!

Great experience, really enjoyed the one on one attention we received from our teacher. It was the experience we wanted and we left happy and stuffed from all the wonderful food they served.My 2 children and I agreed that was the best single day of our vacation!!

Every aspect of the activity was professional - from the booking to the communication to the location to the positive attitude to the quality of the teaching to the yumminess of the food. Now, I know how to make pasta and Tiramisu!

The cezerinas were very profetional and friendly, explained with patience every instruction, demonstrated every thing and guided me through all the phases of the recepie. The food we made together was delicious.

We loved Emanuela and Maurizio and their hospitality. We made amazing lasagna, had drinks, and talked all day. Emanuela also gave us a history lesson on the city and its monuments. Will be back to attend another of her classes.

Words hardly do justice to our morning with Raffaella and her family. What was meant to be a simple cooking lesson turned into one of the most memorable highlights of our travels. Raffaella, alongside her husband, sister, and adult children, opened their home and hearts to us. Their patience as they taught us the art of hand-crafted pasta was matched only by their extraordinary hospitality. Dining on our handmade creations set against a breathtaking Mediterranean backdrop felt like a five-star luxury, made intimate by thoughtful touches like garden-fresh herbs and adorable aprons. It was truly an honor to be welcomed into their home, and we will cherish this memory forever.

Great teacher, and the recipes turned out very tasty. All in all a very pleasant experience which we intend to do more often.

Incredible class! She is such a great teacher and chef. Best ravioli we’ve ever had (maybe the best dinner ever). 10/10 recommend - a must do in Italy!

Firstly, I found it impossible to find a cooking class to book as a 'single', only options were for a 'couples/pairs'. After emailing direct, I finally got a class secured.
I was Ecstatic as this was something I always wanted to do for my 40th Birthday, whilst travelling Italy.
I organised my travel from Milan to Como for this class specifically but got a message less than 2 days prior to advise it was cancelled. No alternative options in Como or nearby. This was absolutely heart breaking & utterly disappointing that this company can just turn your well-set plans upside down with no extra thought.

No need to respond with a reply @Cesarine, even if I went back to Italy. Cesarine would be the LAST company I would ever liaise with. People 's time is precious & you need to remember that!
If its something on your bucket list & travel from afar, this is not the company for you!!

Such a wonderful cooking class in Palermo! Giovanni was an amazing teacher and made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and memorable. I learned how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch, and I loved it
What made the experience extra special was how warm and welcoming Giovanni and his family were. It truly felt like being at home and cooking with family rather than just attending a class. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was genuine, and the hospitality was unforgettable.
One of my favorite experiences in Palermo and definitely a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend
