Fraudsters! Total scam. Have reported to police.

Clearly a scam - ordered boots in January - no sign and no answer to email .. can’t see the comments on their Facebook page - wish I’d checked first before ordering - should have realised something was up

Steer well away from this company, same scenario as the other reviews, no tracking, no replies to emails, no goods delivered.

I ordered boots on the 12th January last Tuesday 6 th February tracking stated they were delivered they still have not arrived. Despite numerous messages and e nails no reply from the company. So they have my money but I have never received the goods. So annoyed and disappointed. Never use or recommend this conpany. All looks and sounds professional but far from it.

I ordered and received some blue boots but nothing like their advertisement, no replies to my emails!

I saw numerous adverts on social media by Celine Wentworth I was very keen on some boots which they were advertising.
So I placed an order in early January. I was told delivery would be in about 8 days. A month later I am still waiting. Despite numerous emails querying the expected delivery date, they do not have the courtesy to actually write a reply. They just sent another tracking number none of which have worked. And then the most recent tracking details gave me a new delivery date of late February.
Their website suggests we contact them if there is a problem. But there is no phone number or address on their website, just an email address.
More fool me. I should have checked them out more thoroughly.
These people are scammers. Do not use them.
UPDATE: in response to my bank to reversing payment, the boots were eventually delivered 3 months later. Too late for winter. In any case they were not suitable for winter wear. Made from very thing material and had a very thin sole.

Celine Wentworth have taken £42.31 from my account for a coat I ordered. I have not ever received my order I've emailed them 3 times and all emails are ignored.
They have sent emails to me with how to track your parcel but there is no way to track.
They have also sent another email saying my delivery should arrive in 3-5 days, if not click on link. When I click onto the link they supply, is says '404 - page not known'
Clearly this company Celine Wentworth are thieves, scammers.
I will report them to every authority I can do.
It is better to purchase from shops not online.
