This company deserves a 0 Star. They are horrible people. Take the money and will not give an item nor money back.

Ordered back in December 2024. My credit card was charged immediately. Still don’t have my order. Customer service a joke. Nothing but excuses. Nothing but a scam. DO NOT buy anything from this company!!!

I did not recipe my order from Dec. 4th and customer service is no help.

Piece of crap company. No deilvery when tracking says delivered.
Do not buy from them.

I would give them zero but that is not an option! I ordered boots in December, it is now February and I have not received my boots. I have reached out to the company and I am not getting any response from them! No one should ever order from them!!!

My 1/13/25 never arrived. Paid by AMEX. Big mistake and I am so disappointed as the boots looked so stylish.

I, like all the other review. I saw this on Facebook and order a pair of boots for a christmas gift. They said that I would have it no later then 01.10.25 Still no boots and the same old email.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered boots December 12, 2024 and as of today have not received them. I continue to email them and get the same response:

Nope. I’m in the “never got my boots” group. It’s insulting they send emails saying the order is “on its way” when in fact the product hasn’t left the country of origin. They send the shipping info to generate a label and that’s why they say “on the way.” Yes the shipping status after a month remains “unknown.” Scam.

I ordered boots December 13/24...47 days later no boots same repeated email response. Shame on me for giving this business a chance. I bought one pair, it said click here for extra discount, I did, it ordered me ANOTHER PAIR OF SAME BOOTS. They wanted bank account only not credit card, why? Because banks can wait up to 90 days to dispute oppose to a credit card...within 60. This is complete scam and the ad cqme across Instagram, so unfortunate for me, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Also, no contact number, only email to communicate. Look at FB on their page, they will have all these people comment but you cannot see that comment because most assuredley they are all bad. I rwad here one gal had her boots literally glued together and they were vastly cheap. DON'T BE A ME AND GET SCREWED. BUYER...NOT BEWARE, BUYER...DO NOT GO THERE. Update: CONTACTED MY BANK TO DISPUTE AND TURNED THEM INTO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Terrible. Never got my order. No refund. And no human to speak with same message no matter what I ask. Don’t buy from them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Ordered a pair of boots on 11/29 and still haven't received them (1/29). They gave me some run around about shipping. It's BS! They take your money and you never receive a product. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Same as all the reviews before mine. I ordered these boots mid December and have still not received them. I've reached out at least a dozen times with an automated message saying be patient. Biggest scam artists!!!! DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews. So far it's been more than a month and no boots. I will call my credit card company and tell them to reverse the payment.

I ordered the Terra Boots, it took 1 and a half months to receive them. They are too big, I contacted the company 3 times to try to do an exchange and I have not heard from them to date. I sent a 4th e-mail today and will wait for a response I know will never come...

Zero is the appropriate rating! Bought boots mid December, never received! After numerous emails with no response I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Now after a month checking my order status it says delivered. I emailed again stating I have not received my boots , and again no response!

I ordered boots in November they charged me for 3 pairs never got the boots going to call my bank and reverse the charges. It's a bunch of bullshit! And no stars for them! And it was one pair, not 3! I am pissed off!

I ordered some boots from Celine Wentworth December 7, 2024. One tracking email said they were still in China. When I go to their home site and check the status of my order, it says they were delivered. I never got the boots. There is no number to call, only email. third day in a row I have emailed and no response. What good does it do to have customer services hours at the bottom of their home page, when you cannot call them. I guess I am going to be out the $60 for the boots.

Fake company, don’t order from them you will never get your product.

This company is a complete joke--if it really even is a legitimate company, which I doubt. I ordered boots a while ago--credit card charged immediately. I've inquired several times about where my boots are. They keep telling me "no worries, they are on their way." When I check tracking, it indicates they haven't left mainland China. Guess I'm out $50+
Stay away from this company at all cost--or it will cost you!!!
