Was scammed like everyone else. Apparently there isn’t even a website for them! What to do?
Good luck with notifying them about the reviews. I imagine they don’t care. Scam from the get go

Ordered boots in December; I've never received them. I've followed up twice. The first time, someone responded. No response to my second request to cancel/refund.

Apparently, I was scammed. I ordered boots in December, followed up a few week later. It said they were on the way. The boots never arrived. I contacted them again, they said be patient they were working on it and never replied to my last request.

Same as everyone else, ordered boots, said delivered, reply was "system error" and they would send out as soon as possible. I ask for cancellation, now I'm contacting my bank. I really wanted the boots!! First time I've been scammed by a Company like this...

I ordered my boots in December and never got them. Now they don't respond back anymore. But they took my money!

Seems I got scammed like everyone else. I have filed a complaint with my bank card

Ordered Boots..they took the money, sent a has been shipped notice..then tracking.. which said label made waiting for item.. still says that
They are out of Berlin I think is what my bank told me.. when I email them it takes 4-7 days for a response.. or they don’t respond at all! Then they just try to insure me it’s on its way and not to worry.. what a joke

Looks like I was also scammed. Same story as others, Ordered, got a tracking number, said they were delivered but no shoe delivery and no response to the emails. Special place in hell for these people.

Same as everyone else - this is a scam. Ordered in Decemeber, was charged, got tracking, then order showed delivered, then I asked and they said it wasn't and to be patient - then requested a refund - and now their website doesn't work.

I ordered my boots in Dec 2024. Sent many, many, many emails asking where my boots are, which were immediately charged to my card. Here it is March 2025, still haven’t received a response or my boots.

I ordered in mid December 2024 and never received sent many emails and just receive an automated response to be patient. Don’t order from this company

Just like everyone else, I got scammed…..I ordered boots , back in December, still haven’t received them! They keep saying, that they are on the way….bullcrap! I should have known better…..please don’t order from this company!

I have never received my Terra Ankle Boots. Paid for them last Oct. 2024. Sent many email. Have not received answers except automated answers that say they will be coming. It is now march2025. No answers or refund. Terrible business practice.

This is a scam! I am taking legal action as my ex is an attorney and is going to track this down!

Just like everyone else, I ordered the boots, they immediately charged my card and the product never arrived. You cannot get an answer via email and there is no phone number. When you try to track the shipment, it says that something went wrong and the page is unavailable.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like everyone else. I ordered boots on Dec 5th. I followed tracking # right up until it said delivered which it never was. They apologized and asked me to be patient. It was a mix up with their system and they'd be here soon. I still don't have them

They got me . I purchased a pair of boots several weeks ago. ..To make a long story short...It's FAKE, When I try to contact, email comes back that the store doesn't exist. Thank goodness I used a credit card and will file a complaint to get money back.

They send email for tracking the shipment and the shipment never arrives. After numerous emails to customer service (they have NO phone) which have gone unanswered I realized it’s time to review and hopefully stop others from ordering from this fake company. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They deserve nothing but bad reviews.

Just like everyone else on here, I ordered in December and the tracking on the website says my order was delivered. I have not received my order and it is now February. I am not getting any response from customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM!!!
