I ordered boots on Dec 15 2024. I received an email in my spam box regarding my order and said it would be shipping within 5 to 7 days. My delivery dates change twice and when i tried to track it i couldnt. All i had was an order number. I emailed the company twice and no response. So i just waited to see if my order would show. Today Jan 15 2025 i checked the order and it said it was delivered today. I was home all day and nothing was delivered. I emailed them again demanding my money. And i am sure they will never respond. There isnt a number for me to contact them just an email. Im sure its fake just like the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, ITS A FAKE COMPANY 💯.

I ordered in November. I have reached out multiple times asking for the shipping company and the shipper's tracking number. They will not provide any actual data. They just indicate that international shipments take time and things are often beyond their control; however, their internal tracking system continues to show the status as delivered. My last inquiry has gone unanswered. I really think that this may have been a scam.

I ordered the boots November 8 and still haven’t received them, tracking shows at US processing since 12/24. When I emailed the first time then magically I got a shipping destination update at port. It’s had the same status since 12/24 and again an email to ask with an automated response. I follow up and get another automated response how since it’s free shipping there is nothing they can until the carrier deems it worthy to move my boots. I believe my money and these boots are have evaporated into thin air.

My husband ordered the brown boots on Nov 2nd we did not receive them until 2 days be Christmas. And they are literally plastic. Paid $60.00 for something that is JUNK!!!

I agree with every review. These boots are junk ! No return address , No receipt . Shall I go on . No number to actually talk to a representative. Beware ! Don't buy these!!!!!!

Scam! I ordered the Terra Ankle Boots in early October, received 2 weeks ago late Nov. They look nothing like advertised, really bad, plastic quality. I requested a refund and was told I could either accept 20% refund or return to their refund center in China at my expense. I told them neither of those options was acceptable, after 10 days, they replied that is their refund policy and that's it. In hindsight, I bought a different pair of boots about 1 1/2 year ago from them and same situation (I took 20% refund and donated them), I didn't realize I was buying from the same company. NEVER buy from this company!!!!

One star is too much. Bought the terra boots and Celine Wentworth took my money out of my account and I have not received the boots. I have reached out 4 times and nothing. Not given a track number and the order number is not correct. This is a scam and they should be reported.

Scam company.. received email to say goods would arrive in 3 to 5 days and if they didn't use the link in the email to make contact. Surprise! Surprise! The page does not exist... wished I'd read reviews first. Lesson learned!

I purchased a sherpa jacket, was charged immediately, and never received it. There is no number to call and they sent me a fake tracking number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

I ordered from this company, paid immediately back in January. Shoes arrived couple days ago and are so totally not as advertised. No instructions for returns. Despite several emails, no reply.
Shoes are like plastic, unwearable.
My advice is to stay clear of this website!

My review on this company is as previous reviews you read on this page. Total scam. Order arrived 10 weeks later only to find leather boots were made of cheap vinyl. Avoid at all costs.

1star too much - total scam - my boots finally arrived - absolutely nothing like the advert - plastic rubbish.
Have asked for refund but not holding out any hope.
Avoid at all costs! Money down the drain!!!!!
