Let’s say it was a 5-star performance, but I ordered the mask several days ago and I’ve only just now been alerted that it will arrive several days late even though I expedited shipping. But—I didn’t realize this company is in the UK, so the delivery date is reasonable. However, had the order been processed immediately it would have been on time.

All I can say is that the customer service is impeccable. I had recieved a damaged cutout and the person I spoke to, Sasha I think it was, was just so understanding and patient with my rants about the courier as it was a birthday gift for my sister. I did also briefly speak to Abbie who was also lovely.
I would most definitely order from here again based on the service alone as it seems to be rare these days.
I did actually purchase last year but have been a little poorly so here I am now. Better late than never I say.

While the ordering and delivery was spot on I am disappointed with the product. I could have blown a picture up on the computer, cut it out and stuck it to some corrugated cardboard. It looks like it's been cut with blunt scissors

Bought a cut out and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Ordered at 1530 on a Wednesday item arrived the following Monday. When I contacted them I was told it was because I ordered at 1530, their parcels had already been collected and DHL do not deliver on a weekend. Item was great, good image and good material.

For my sister-in-laws 40th birthday I ordered a lifesize version of her favorite idol. I loved standing next to him when he arrived and I can't wait to get him at her door to surprise her on her birthday 🤩🤣 It isn't even MY idol and I loved receiving him haha 🤣

We ordered for life-size cut outs for a dinner dance that we had in May 2023.Crooner Greats Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and Michael Bublé. Two had to be special order where I came up with the image I wanted, and the company reps were able to work with me to make it a reality. Each was sturdy, true to size and great props for photo opportunities.They were the hit of the party.

I bought a life size Florence Nightingale for the 50th anniversary of our nursing set. It arrived the next day. It was easy to stand up & went down a treat with the group.

as an obsessed fangirl, i’ve bought almost 20 cutouts from celebrity cutouts. i can’t imagine buying cutouts from anywhere else. their shipping is fast, checkout is easy, and they are such good quality. i’ve only had one problem with my cutout coming bent (ups’s fault) and my issue was resolved very quickly and i got a replacement quickly as well. highly, highly recommend this place!
