I got a brain cancer (grade 4, glioblastoma), seizures and speech problem. I tried to explain, and eventually, succeeded.

I've been using Caxton for years. They are very responsive and helpful and I trust them completely

I had a swift response from Keshawn who was very helpful indeed. It was around 2am in New Zealand and there wasn’t much time (until 4pm UK time) before the service wasn’t available. The response I had on Whatsapp was quicker than by email.
I wish this was available 24-7 or at least from 6am UK time, it would have been far less stressful and I wouldn’t have lost so much sleep, being 13 hours ahead.
So five stars for Keshawn, only 2.5 stars for Caxton.

I’ve used Caxton for a number of years now with no problems, but hells bells, the hassle and amount of phone calls to get a replacement card is beyond ridiculous.
So much so to the point of withdrawing my money and using another company.
Total RUBBISH now.
Goodbye.

Good customer support when I tried to pay in foreign currency for a hotel abroad, which otherwise would have cost me an extra five percent + a conversion fee from my bank.

I was helped to change my phone number as part of the logging in process. I can now log in again without a problem.

Caxton have always been a great company/card to use whilst on holiday. The app is easy to use, great exchange rates and swift uploading currency when abroad. I recently lost my Caxton card during a house move but thankfully Hannah Wright swiftly acted to cancel the card and send me a renewed card. Thank you for your excellent customer service care Hannah.

The website is a bit confusing for what I wanted to do but I had personal help from Keshawn

The gentleman that helped me was very courteous explaining what was required to reset my PIN and gave additional help. Extremely helpful and has my thanks for his help.

My experience with the Claxton advisor, his name was Keshawn was very positive. And he was a efficient in his work so overall positive/ good experience.

I use the Caxton currency card for foreign currency transactions when on holiday. It all seems to work fine. The website is easy to navigate and I've never had any issues. All good.

Staff look after my problem and sorted out e everything for me.I did not have to ring again all good.

Got all the information I needed for my intended travel abroad using my Caxton Card. Call handler was very helpful

Easy to top up, however the rate of exchange isn’t the best on market. I just got an email to get special rate, topped up and still poor, now stuck with them as costs money to withdraw cash.

I have another provider which offers much better rate.

Great customer service and easy to use card. Def. recommend it.

I would suggest that some type of notification that the number was blocked could help - I spent several fruitless attempts at revealing the number, thinking it was my colourblindness preventing me from seeing it!! Also, text message telling me it was unblocked. Might have been expedient. Thanks again!
