I found Castle Trust easy to deal with, both in the initial online account set-up for a Fixed Term Cash ISA, and in speaking to them directly when I had a query. Their App is straightforward. I was particularly pleased with the available Rate and that they are protected by the FSCS scheme.

It was great as I managed to extend it when I was not in the country.
However I extended 2 days later then the renewal date and I feel that I can't start the same date when it's expired. It's a let down.

Great interest rate and a smooth isa transfer

I recently opened a 5 year cash ISA with CTB and transferred in a Virgin Money maturing ISA. The set up was simplicity itself, and I love the communication from CTB; they send a text to tell you that they have messaged you which is perfect. The transfer itself was made the day after my Virgin Money ISA matured so you can't ask for more than that (apart from the interest rate, which was great). Thoroughly recommended.

Applying online for a new fixed term isa account was straightforward. Then 14 days to fund account seemed reasonable.

I can't rate this bank more highly. The ISA application process was very easy, the team were extremely efficient when I had some queries and the ISA transfer all went smoothly. I really love the facility that shows you the daily interest accrued - wish all banks had that.

We have accounts with castle T/B for a long time Strange Bank not to open an account with if you are partners and have the same email id castleT/B don't accept it after a long time with them. Next time they will say you can't share the same home address with your partner so I have to buy small flat for my partner. We have different login credentials and we receive communications by post with our own name, so what's the problem. Sooner we have to close our accounts.

My new account was easy to setup, and it is now easy to login and manage. The competitive savings interest rate was what attracted me to Castle Trust Bank.

Recent transfer of an existing ISA from another company was accomplished quickly and without fuss. I already have a longer standing ISA and have been very satisfied as they are easy to contact and respond and best of all have handy little app!
