Castle Trust Bank Arvostelua 

Transferred an existing ISA to Castle Trust Bank as it was offering a more favourable interest rate. Everything went through without a hitch and good communication throughout.

Confusion x ( concerning wording regarding waiting until my money reached maturity in another savings provider. I wasn't sure this was going to happen until I spoke to a customer advisor)

Its been a month now and I couldn't be happier with Castle Trust ❤️,opening the account and completing the transfers couldn't be easier. CT have done everything I've asked and in a very speedy manner. If your in the market for a fixed cash Isa then look no further and the interest rate for their 5 year is tough to beat. Invested with Castle Trust for 2 reasons - FSCS proected and good rates.
Also have to say I have found their customer service to be responsive and helpful

Great rate for my ISA. I have previously had an account with Castle Trust. Their on line portal is easy to use. They always pick up the phone and are extremely helpful if you have any questions. I feel my money is in safe hands with castle trust

So easy to set up an ISA just follow the instructions. Offered a good rate. Kept informed at every stage and money transferred seemlessly.

Easy to talk to someone and open up an account.

I transferred a cash ISA to this bank. Prior to maturity at Newcastle B.S. they informed me they had - to use this awful modern term, "Reached Out" to that bank.
I then asked them to complete the transfer on maturity as their application did not allow a date to be added. That would ensure no interest was lost. Unfortunately, that fell on deaf ears at both banks and several days interest was indeed lost. Instead, Newcastle BS and Castle Trust Bank simply hide behind HMRC giving them a 15 day window to complete.
Other Cash ISA transfers with other banks/ building societies manage this quite easily to satisfy their customers, but obviuosly this is too hard for Castle Trust Bank to achieve.
Maybe they need to pay more attention to their customer base, or they will simply diminish like Northern Rock for example..

Great provider of high interest savings options.

Everything went smoothly as we had hoped, I did have to speak to customer services during the application to clear up a discrepancy, but the phone was answered quickly and the advisor was soon able to confirm how to complete the application for the transfer.

Good rate. Easy to set the account up, and customer service was good when I had a problem logging in, due to forgetting my password.

Recently this bank came up on a search for best 5 year fixed rate cash ISA. Never heard of them before but the reviews were generally positive and also had the FSCS protection. Decided to open a new 5 Year fixed rate cash ISA for my wife on 8th June 2026 since her present ISA was due to mature with another provider. With the present uncertainty in the political world, fixing at a decent rate made 100% sense for our needs.

I have to say the process was flawless after having spoken to customer services first to ensure what was being planned was actually possible with an ISA transfer also to follow. The ISA was opened without any issues and the follow up communication was excellent. Once an account was opened the format and ease of navigating between the different sub-menus was straightforward. On this evidence, I will use them for my own ISA later in the year if the rate is good.

In summary, not yet a household name but I would not hesitate to recommend this bank for a savings account "Great trees grow from small seeds".

The transfer from my existing CT ISA was completed very quickly as was the introduction of new money. Immensely impressed by Customer Service.
