We’ve offered fixed-term, fixed rate savings accounts to existing customers since the end of 2020, and launched online savings accounts to new customers in August 2021. New terms and conditions
My wife and I both have accounts with the bank and we use the same email address and mobile telephone. The new terms and conditions being imposed means that I have to buy another mobile device as we are now not allowed to share the same telephone number. We both have fixed term accounts so are stuck. Going to the FOS if nothing is done.
From your reply I'm pleased that only email addresses are required. Your forms clearly state though that telephone numbers can not be shared so I'm pleased that you have come to your senses.

We’d like to clarify that customers are not required to have a unique mobile phone number, and there is no need to purchase an additional device. The change relates only to email addresses, as each customer will need their own unique email address rather than sharing one with another account holder.
As we continue to enhance our online services, having unique email addresses for each customer is a requirement that will help provide a more secure and personalised experience, and support future digital improvements.

Too many different staff members giving different instructions, emails for one account opening formilty.
You should have one senior staff members to deal with same client. It tool lot if my time to open this account. Infact I have to open 2 ISA accounts.
