Hidden costs, not informed
Whilst the staff member was nice when I recently booked a trip to the usa. I feel upset that I was never told at the time of the booking about the extra room fees that I'm expected to pay on arrival at the hotel. Only when I read the email after I paid my deposit did I see the small print. I feel like I should have been informed at the time of booking, because these extra charges have added over $300 to the cost of an already expensive trip.

Dear Lynda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent booking to the United States.
We appreciate your comments about our staff, but we are concerned to hear about the unexpected resort fees. We believe in complete transparency during the booking process and agree that these costs should have been clearly highlighted by our representative beforehand.
To prevent this from happening again, we are addressing this with our team to ensure all future clients are fully informed of any local hotel fees prior to payment.
Kind regards,
Cassidy Travel

Caitriona in Cassidy travel is…
Caitriona in Cassidy travel is absolutely amazing, my parents had to change travel plans back in May and have now travelled on their planned holiday, the hotel has construction going on and she has been fantastic to deal with. Every holiday as a family will be booked through Cassidy travel from now on. Even though Caitriona probably could do without the headaches from us contacting her. On a serious note customer care is absolutely phenomenal would highly recommend them they really go above and beyond and are readily contactable to solve any issues.
