We booked the Tryka trip to Lisbon
We booked the Tryka trip to Lisbon, it was our 1st Tryka & thought booking a package with Cassidy's would mean that we would be able to focus on the event & the travel, hotel etc would be hassle free but sadly this was not the case.
Seating on the plane was bizzare, people who were competing in doubles & booked the deal in 1 package were not seated together.
The hotel check in was terrible, we had to queue for over an hour & didn't get to our rooms till mid night the night before we were due to compete..not ideal.
Breakfast was not included which was another hassel on the morning of the event.
Flight home, we were told to check in at desk but it was all self check in where the reference from Cassidy's was invalid, thankfully airport staff were very helpful & got us checked in via our passports.
Sadly, I wouldn't book a Tryka package with Cassidy's again,

My flights were booked for 13th of…
My flights were booked for 13th of October 2026,return flight 14 October 2026, they were ok, my accommodation was booked for 13th October 2027, a year after my flights, and when I rang back I was told it was just human error, if I hadn't of checked thd itinerary I would have been in the uk with no accommodation, eventually the agent got me an apartment for an extra €90, she couldn't even invoice it out to the company and invoiced it to myself, i told her who to invoice, unbelievable,

I was absolutely delighted with the customer service …
I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by Louise Kenna at Cassidy Travel, Dundrum. She was incredibly helpful from the very beginning with our Disneyland booking.
What impressed me most was that Louise later contacted me after noticing that I had accidentally booked our Disney passes for the wrong dates. I confirmed that it was indeed my mistake, and she immediately helped to correct everything. The issue was resolved very quickly and with absolutely no stress.
I really appreciate her attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for her customers. It’s not often you receive this level of service.
