Cassidy and Tate Arvostelua

After BREXIT and then Covid-19 selling our house was a daunting prospect. Duncan Cohen took the reigns and from Day 1 reassured us with his positive attitude and out and out professionalism. We could not of asked for a better representative from Cassidy and Tate. Duncan could not of been anymore proactive in his approach to selling our house, regular updates and varying stratagies were very welcomed. Ultimately resulting in the sale of the property for the right price.
We would highly recommend Cassidy and Tate epecially having Duncan to manage the whole sales process. Many thanks.

Our experience of buying our first house was enjoyable due to Duncan Cohen’s hard work and professionalism. Duncan has a great passion and knowledge of the property market and we found the process far less stressful due to this. Duncan was always willing to assist us with any queries we had. We would highly recommend Duncan at Cassidy & Tate

Thanks to Nick Doyle and the Team at Cassidy and Tate for a seamless transaction. From offer stage to completion were dealt with professionally and without drama and pressure. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience in buying our first house was made an absolute pleasure by Cassidy and Tate. Duncan Cohen was just brilliant from the very first viewing, through to the day of completion! His attention to detail was superb and he was available to assist with any queries we had, at any time.
We could not be any happier with the service we got and would 100% recommend Duncan and his team @ Cassidy and Tate.

Dealing with Gemma Stuart in the St Albans depot was an absolute delight. The service was fast and efficient. I was worried about moving during this pandemic but the whole process went extremely well. I was moved in and settled very quickly.

Had a great experience in finding my desired Property for letting. Ricky was really good on his job. Thank you. Hoping the same from property management

I used Cassidy and Tate to sell both my Own property and my mother’s. Both Properties were marketed professionally and the pictures used were brilliantly presented. The agents showed all interested parties around and fed back promptly. Both properties sold quickly and at the asking price and the after sales was as efficient as pre sale. I cannot rate Cassidy and Tate highly enough and thank them for making our move so stress free

Used C&T for sale of a flat. The process was straightforward and completed within a reasonable time frame despite problems with the leasehold.
I dealt mainly with David Tate and Siobhan and they always made themselves available whenever I needed to talk to them.
Overall very satisfied with the service I received.

Worked with Nick Doyle assisted by Siobahn Charteris. Those guys did a great job for me. Straight-talking and very helpful.

Extremely helpful! We had Ricky Veale dealing with our new property, he is very responsive with emails and calls and made the process smooth, quick and easy!
Will definitely think of using Cassidy and Tate in the future.

Really poor service. Will not use them again.

In the difficult era of Covid, following on from Brexit, C&T did a first rate job selling my house. Their dedication to getting the job done never faltered. Difficulties were dealt with fairly and professionally, and I had the impression that the people who moved in were as satisfied as me. Thank you all at C&T!

Record everything they say or get it in writing! These people will say ANYTHING to get a sale. Disgraceful.

The best estate agency I have ever went with. They were all very helpful but in particular Ricky. From the first viewing to the signing of the contract everything ran very smoothly and quick. Could not ask for a better service. Thank you

Great service from Annette in the Marshalswick branch and extra friendly.

Thanks again.. :)

Highly Recommend!

Recently rented a flat via Cassidy and Tate, dealt with Ricky. He even shared his mobile with us, was very helpful and responsive. Overall positive experience so far.

quick, easy and professional for renting

Dealt with Annette through out my experience with Cassidy & Tate. She dealt with my enquires and requests with professionalism, empathy and a meticulous eye for detail. She is a credit to the organisation.

Cassidy & Tate have assisted me with numerous sales and lettings for a good number of years.
From my relationship with their team, i have always found them to be trustworthy, with a refreshing approach to detail, thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, with any potential issues dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I have especially found my recent dealings with their land & new homes team most helpful.

Highly recommended

We have been so pleased with the service of Cassidy and Tate, they produced a terrific brochure and portfolio of pictures to get our property on the market. This was followed up by a very personal service by our assigned agent, in this instance Ricky Veale. Ricky kept us in touch with all enquiries and put the time and effort in to ensure multiple viewings despite the difficult circumstances with the Coronavirus pandemic.
They offer good value and exceptional service, especially Ricky, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and I will be using them again for sure.
Many thanks to you all at Cassidy and Tate.
