Cassidy and Tate Arvostelua

Given that we are currently in the grip of a world pandemic looking to rent a home is not a great idea!. However, Ricky Veale (Lettings Manager) made sure he "pushed" the Landlord to get this done as quickly as possible. In fact, it only took 11 days from our first viewing to getting the keys and it would have been even quicker if the Landlord hadn't slowed things down (to be fair, given the situation nothing anyone could have done quicker).
Fast, friendly, efficient and accommodating. No hesitation in recommending Cassidy & Tate and their team to manage/find your next property.

I have had the pleasure of being a tenant in a property marketed and managed by Cassidy & Tate since the summer of 2018. From my first contact with Gemma in lettings the relationship has been a benchmark in this segment of the property market where tenants often are reminded in a negative way who the property company ultimately works for. The relationship has grown even stronger as Stephen and Annette in the property management team have become involved and I would without hesitation highly recommend their services.

We had a couple of faltering starts selling our home but throughout C&T were supportive. Advising us to take our home off the market, rebrand and start again is perhaps unusual but in the event it was spot on and representative of the expertise of Siobhan, Ricky, Chris and Stuart. Once we got moving it was plain sailing and pain free. We highly recommend this team of property pro's. Thank you one and all.

Ricky & the team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of renting a flat in St Albans. We moved into the property 2 weeks after the viewing which worked well for us. Only hiccup was not specifying which office we needed to pick the keys up from on the day of the move. Overall the experience with C&T was very positive. Thanks guys!

This is the third property I have sold through Cassidy & Tate in the last few years and I would recommend them to anyone. Responsive, professional and knowledgeable about the local market. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks to Siobhan, Duncan and David.

Recently we have rented our first property. Ricky and the Team at Cassidy and Tate have not only been so helpful in the initial stages but have continued to do so since moving in. The team have been so friendly, professional, obliging and easy to work with. We would highly recommend. Thank you very much.

I have rented for many, many years and I can absolutely declare that this was the most easiest, professional and straightforward process I have encountered.
Ricky is an absolute professional, discreet and knowledgeable and very fast at getting the process moving.
I am hardly surprised that Cassidy & Tate have gathered so many awards.
I will definitely be using them in the future.
Eve (St Albans)

Efficient and understanding service offered by Cassidy&Tate and Ricky who answered all of my queries promptly while not being pushy. Would recommend the service to everyone.

Managed to sell the house where another agent had failed. The house sale was complicated however and without Graham Coton's expertise, tact, forcefulness and professionalism this sale would never have gone through.
Thank you.

Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff, easy process from start to finish. Cassidy and Tate made it a hassle-free experience

Simple and easy viewing, signing and move in process with Ricky and Cassidy & Tate St Albans

Zero respect for tenants... having rented over 20 properties in my time I have never encountered a more cold and careless estate agent. Ricky in particular was horrible to deal with. I will never use this company again and would urge others to look elsewhere.

In response to the reply below, we made our complaint and you ignored it. Bit late now, act when tenants complain and you might avoid these reviews.

We were recommended to Cassidy and Tate by a friend, really pleased that we did, their local knowledge was considerably better than the other agents, price wise they were realistic and offered examples behind their rational and provided us with a quality service from start to finish - and yes they managed to sell our old house, something the previous agents had all failed miserably.

Thank you Mr Cassidy you restored our faith in Estate Agents - Well done.

We’ve worked with Duncan on a difficult transaction and he did an excellent job of managing the process. Would recommend.

I had the pleasure to work with Ricky from Cassidy & Tate's in finding a new home for my family. Having not long ago switched to being a contractor, I had some hick-ups with referencing because my accounts were not old enough to qualify even though I could easily afford the cost of rent. However, Ricky was very helpful and helped me get through it successfully.

Many thanks to Ricky for his perseverance and finding us excellent tenants. Everything was dealt with very efficiently and we would definitely use Cassidy and Tate again.

What an amazing service very helpful and always willing to help.

I reported an issue to Annette Birt and and a couple of hours later she recommended a p!umber to do the repairs needed.

Great team, very helpful
