Caso 1660 hot water dispenser
So I went for the caso 1660, water temp from 40 to 100 degrees, and cup size from 100ml to 400ml, universal water filters descale feature and 4 ltrs of water so you're not topping it up every 5 mins. So far a brilliant machine that looks tasteful. I got mine direct from caso 2 day delivery.

Absolutely love my new hot water…
Absolutely love my new hot water dispenser, it’s so quick and having options for amounts and temperature is fantastic. Company was very quick to send as well. The only reason for 4 stars is the machine is wobbly so had to put a wedge under one corner.

Easy to set up and begin usage of this good looking machine
I sent an email to enquire about a health safety aspect of cleaning the machine, following some issues with my current water heater. I received a satisfactory response within a day or two. This helped me to decide on my purchase - a versatile water heater and good service observed. The machine arrived in a few days, it is good looking, was easy to set up and begin usage which I celebrated with a cup of green tea.

My wife and I are delighted with this product. It was delivered quickly, and well-packaged.
It looks good, but more importantly it delivers exactly the right amount of water at the required temperature; a good feature being it shuts off when this has been done, with no drips ! (Unlike some other makes and models.)
We just hope it lasts a little longer than our previous one, which hissed, splashed and dripped after about a year.

Missing half of ordered filters
I ordered two packs of replacement filters (so in total of 12 filters) but only received one pack (so missing 6 filters). I have tried different ways of contacting the company (filled in online form and sent email) but didn't get any response. And there's no contact number for them. So not sure how to resolve it so far.

The "Cup" Kettle…
The "Cup" Kettle was exactly what I wanted - boils an adjustable/precise amount of water in a few seconds enough for a cup of tea or instant coffee or to add to a cooking dish. The product was delivered on time and works !

Really disappointed.
Takes longer to chill a bottle of wine than in the fridge & it’s noisy. Expected it to rapid chill… or quite what is the point?
We would have chosen to return it but sadly my sister discarded the box. It will now join all the non used electric gadgets in the cupboard 😒

I am sorry to hear that this did not live up to your expectations.
The VinoCase is designed to maintain the temperature of pre-chilled bottles of wine, champagne, and soft drinks. It is perfect to use on a table or countertop whilst entertaining, instead of using an ice bucket.
This device operates at just 28 dB, as seen on our website, so should not interfere whilst hosting.
