Thoroughly recommend Caso Water heater
Excellent product at a good price. A good size- doesn’t take much more space on worktop than a kettle. Good design and easy to operate. Well packaged. Quick delivery and left in a safe place as we were out.

The replacement machine was executed…
The replacement machine was executed perfectly. My issue was the machine. Initially I set the machine at 250ml & it filled the cup perfectly. After 3 months it started coming two thirds up the cup so more like 200ml. So I increased it to 300mm & now it fills to the brim & spills when I move it. This machine is meant to make life easier. I'm thinking of putting it away & getting the kettle out, less complicated. All I want is 250ml of water at 100°, that's it. This machine can't do that

Issues with communication
The company has an office in Cambridge. They didn't have a contact telephone number until later in July. Communication was through emails only which were not responded to.
Now they are contactable and are in the process of resolving my issue. Hopefully all will be sorted.
The product itself is a fairly good product.

Excellent item, a few of things which would make it even better.
1. Fully adjustable volume setting (our mugs take 230ml and 280ml).
2. A small knob on top of the tank lid. So that the lid can be lifted off and held whilst refilling.
3. A larger drip tray. The one supplied is way to small.

Works well,the fact that you have to press a lock button for 3 secs every time you use it is a bit of a pain,there should be a choice to remove it,and when you select different temperatures or quantity you have to cycle through the entire list as you cannot select forward or backwards

Caso 1660 hot water dispenser
So I went for the caso 1660, water temp from 40 to 100 degrees, and cup size from 100ml to 400ml, universal water filters descale feature and 4 ltrs of water so you're not topping it up every 5 mins. So far a brilliant machine that looks tasteful. I got mine direct from caso 2 day delivery.
