Vacances de août 2015, location d'une villa en Italie à CALVI DELL UMBRIA de 200m2 avec 1 piscine et un jardin de 2000m2.
Et en fait en arrivant douche froide, pas de propriétaire, pas d'état des lieux et pour cause. L'état de la maison est digne d'une masure. Complètement délabrée, sombre, sale, le jardin est en fait un terrain jonché de gravats et d'objets délabrés en tous genres + les crottes de chien et pas de tonte évidemment (trop fatiguant j'imagine).
Quelle honte de faire payer des gens pour louer une masure pareille.
Une seule chose correspondait aux photos du site, la vue exceptionnelle. Mais cela ne suffit pas pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Sanitaires, évier, faïence, linge de maison tous de la même couleur allant du marron au noir avec des dégradés. Les fenêtres cassés, qui ne ferment pas ou tiennent avec du scotch, les canapés imbibés d'urine et de puces (toujours le chien). des clefs qui ne correspondent à aucune serrure. un lave linge, une machine à laver, un barbecue déglingués...
Bref le bonheur, et la piscine qui est en fait une pataugeoire (1mètre de profondeur), la dalle de la piscine qui part en lambeaux, les bains de soleil cassés j'en passe et des meilleures. On peut dire que le propriétaire se fait du pognon par le biais d'une véritable arnaque.Je crois qu'il aurait encore mieux valu qu'il n'y ait pas de maison du tout.

It seemed to have gone reasonably well
The booking process seemed to go OK, but there was a little uncertainty as to when the deposit was being taken and I had to ring the UK branch to check that it was going through. I wanted to make sure that the booking was firm. Fortunately all was well.

Fairly easy booking experience, would have liked to be able to book an apartment with sea view, was able to contact an associate about this but none available.

As a first time user of the site, I found the website very easy to use....and meant I was able to find exactly what I wanted.
