I made a reservation using this company with a deposit of Almost $500 and I have no email or any confirmation I've called their number and been on hold for more than 30 minutes several times and written them several emails have not heard not one single time back from them don't book here

Awful. We arrived at the rental place to find that not only had Casamundo not made our reservation, but we had been gouged on pricing. Luckily the venue was very accommodating, but as Casamundo had been paid to book our rental and chose not to actually book our accommodations, then chose not to get back to us in a timely manner, we will not be paying for services not provided and will be disputing the charges.

Last January I made an enquiry for accomodation for Lake Garda with this company. I signed no contract, paid no deposit was given a timeframe to complete booking which I did not proceed with. Now I'm been chased by debt collection agency for €322.06 !!!

Tras reservar una estancia, donde parecía todos normal y donde me habían cobrado todo por adelantado, de camino llamamos para avisar de que llegábamos, y nos dijeron que no trabajaban con esta web, que cogían los datos de casas y timaban así a la gente. Tienen ya varias denuncias. En medio del camino tuvimos que rehacer las vacaciones totalmente. No cogen las llamadas de teléfono. Nos han arruinado las vacaciones.

We just booked our vacation villa in Albufeira, Portugal through Casamundo. Everything seemed normal and went as would be expected. The villa was part of several homes being offered by a company in the UK called alsun.villas. We turned up for check in to this large luxury villa and no-one showed up to meet us. I went as far as to ring the doorbell and the owner came out. They had recently purchased the house 6 months earlier and had never rented it and weren't planning to. A very clear and extremely intricate scam. I immediately wrote to Casamundo, more than a week ago about this emergency. I've followed up with numerous mails and calls. Not only was there no response but I've heard literally nothing. After 20 years of extensive travel I just want to share with everyone, whatever you do, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use this company. I don't care if they claim to have their hands free of all scams utilizing their website or if they can't control their offering, there is no excuse. They receive a commission on bookings, this means that they have received a commission on this 5,750 EURO booking and that makes them a direct accomplice to an international scam--they have accepted money from such a scam. On top of that the owner informed me that several people had shown up with the same situation in the last several months. If I do not hear from Casamundo ASAP, I will be pursuing a class action lawsuit against this company with all the other people that have been scammed from their site.

Dealing with Casamundo was quite stressful. We booked a holiday in Poland from Poland and all of the information we received was in German which was very bizarre and made the transaction way more difficult than it should have been. In addition to this we were informed of an 80% cancellation charge which was added sneakily into the small print. Be careful with this, as we initially decided on a preliminary booking just to see if this would give us more information about the place we were going to, as no address or information was given. We ended up dealing with an intermediary in Germany which was also very strange as we had booked the holiday from Casamundo's Polish website. It was also very difficult to contact Casamundo's offices, although when I eventually managed to do so after several attempts the service we got was good.

After my initial negative review they have been helpful trying to contact your.rentals who have been unresponsive so far.
I'm still strongly opposed to their business model as it gives them only the benefit of making money on bookings through their site but don't have to deal with cancellations or complaints on the products they list on their site.

Absolutely awful customer service, very unhelpful, No Empathy what so ever. I would highly advise from my experience not to book through this company.

Mon avis très très déçu de cette location à Damgan
Annonce pas terrible
On montre une maison et surprise c'est dans le grenier
À peine arriver le proprio nous dit je vous prévient c'est à l'étage en lisant l'annonce c'était pas écrit que tout se trouver en haut
Juste que il y avait une machine à laver
Du mobilier de jardin et une télé de 25cm
Se qui est dépassé
Il y a un frigo freezer à la place d'un frigo congélateur
La table qui si on bouger de trop aurait pu tomber les chaises avec de la fausse paille une nappe moisie
La cafetière pour une personne
L'espèce de frigo casser à la porte
La poubelle sale et rouillée
Des soit disant canapés il fois que tu es assis dessus tu as le dos complètement en vrac
Une table basse laide et refaite à la place des carrelages du balsa.....
La chambre avec des couvertures qui sentent le moisie
Nous avons même pas defait nos valises
Nous avons amenés nos draps et oreillers heureusement
Dans l'annonce c'était écrit une chambre avec un lit de 140cm et une autre avec deux lits d'une personne en faite 1 seule chambre avec du papier peint jauni par le temps et sûrement moisi en dessous
Pour le parasol le propriétaire n'aime pas cela donc pas de parasol
Les toilettes sales la lunette fendue de chaque côté
Le lavabo avec une robinet de cuisine
L'espèce de coin douche avec un vieux rideau
Pour prendre une douche il fallait plus de temps pour éponger le sol
Par contre eux ils habitaient le rdc dans un appart magnifique et je sais pas pourquoi ils étaient là en même temps que nous donc nous avions l'impression d'être épier
En plus de cela vu la moisissure nous sommes partis le jeudi avec une bronchite au lieu du samedi 18 août 2018
Enfin bref des vacances plussss que gâchées
Casamundo que du mensonge nous sommes très en colère donc je recommande pas cette agence

Ces remarques on étaient dites de vives voies aux propriétaires
Pour eux nous sommes des personnes exigeantes
Pour 649€ c'est très cher cela fallait 350€

I used Casamundo to book a holiday letting. It turned out the booking was made through another booking agency, Poplidays, who I now realise have a terrible reputation. As soon as I paid my outstanding balance I received a demand for an extra 300 euro. The reason given was that due to a "technical problem" the deposit was included in the total price when it should have been separate. You would hope that Casamundo would do their research on crooks like this and support you. No chance.

the worst, do not use them to rent anything!
I paid, everything went wrong, casamundo never helped me with the owners of the house I rented.
The owners then keep the full deposit check and cash it - yes - and still no support from CasaMundo. They don't give the info I need to go after the owners. UNBELIEVABLE

huisje gehuurd in Italië via casamundo, net aangekomen en het hele huisje komt niet overeen met wat casamundo beschrijft! we zouden een huisje hebben op de begane vloer met omheinde tuin voor de hond, bbq en tuinmeubilair! we zitten op een ontzettend klein hokje in een appartementencomplexje, geen omheinde tuin, geen bbq geen tuinmeubilair, linnengoed zou inclusief zijn, dat ontbreekt! geen handdoeken! geen servies bestek of potten en pannen!! dit is de eerste en laatste keer dat we iets via casamundo boeken!!

This company has made my health bad. Misinformation on where the Villa was. Then told we wouldn't know the exact location of Villa until upon arrival. Told because flights were late that would not be able to pick the keys up that day. And at extra cost could come back Sunday and collect them!! Disgusting and dishonest!!

Bij een reservering krijg je gelijk een bericht dat je geboekt hebt. Zie de ervaring van Arnoud Wijnands. Ik zit nog steeds met het incassoprobleem. Ook ik heb spijt dat ik deze sikte heb bezocht.
