The one thing that trips me up: the desktop and mobile versions feel like two separate accounts. Different content showing up, different logic, no clear explanation why. Not a dealbreaker, but it costs you time when you're mid-workflow.

Easy to use
Captions is really easy to use for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience making my own videos. I get confused in other programs, but this makes it easy to edit and figure things out.
