EXCELLENT customer support

Listen, as it pertains to the app I'd give it a 3 and that is because as someone who is not very tech savvy I did not find the app to be easy to utilize and gave up. The reason why I give this company 5 starts is because of CUSTOMER SERVICE which is so lacking in these days and times. I sent a message asking to cancel my subscription and Sam responded with directions as to how to go about cancelling. He then - without me having to chase - reached out to me AGAIN and asked if I had success. I let him know that I did not and he handled the matter. Customer service is something I greatly value and to me this is what truly makes a great company superior!

Responsible Customer Service

What made my experience GREAT was not only the capabilities of the app, but also when I decided to cancel the app. My request was immediately resolved. Now that's GREAT customer service. Thank you, Sam, for your assistance!

Super quick in helping through the app…

Super quick in helping through the app when there was an issue. I’ve been using the app for years now. I’ve tried others and this one is the best for me for translating videos. I only wish dubbing would have multiple speakers but other than that, I recommend it 👍🏼 thank you Sam for the help

I absolutely love this app and the…

I absolutely love this app and the customer support. I had an issue and literally within 10 min I had someone reach out and fixed my issue in 20 min which with all honesty I’ve never had such a fast fix with apps or electronics so I’m extremely a happy customer.

Sam was fast in responding, he was very nice and at the same time professional and most importantly, he canceled my membership and made a full refund as I requested.
I am very surprised by how fast the solved everything.
