Every time when i have so issues there are there to solve it for me

I really like the service. I use it to automatically create videos for social media, as well as to edit my own videos. I really like that new templates and new features are being added.

The tool works well for creating short videos from YouTube content. I also like that there is an option to work with photos, stock media, and AI inside the app.

What I would personally like to see improved:

* More voice options available directly in the apps
* The ability to edit horizontal videos
* More control over inserts, such as cropping and resizing

Overall, I wish you continued growth and success!

I purchased a year subscription, unfortunately I was unable to do what I was attempting, because I use an Android phone. I needed a refund, so I emailed Captions and had a response in minutes. Sam quickly tried to help me, then figured out what the issue was. He advised me that it would be difficult for me to create my avatar on my android.
He then gave me a refund. This all took place in minutes! Outstanding customer service. I would have stay with them if my android was compatible.

Really like the app, I use it frequently for editing my videos, easy to use, I had questions about the product and the Sam from the support team replied to me almost instantly. Recommended !

נציג התמיכה לא הסתפק בתשובה כללית, אלא בדק את הצרכים שלי לעומק והסביר לי שלמשתמשי Pro ותיקים שזקוקים לעריכה ידנית מלאה של כתוביות, עדיין קיימת גישה לעורך ה־Legacy דרך desktop.captions.ai. בזכות ההכוונה הזו הצלחתי לחזור לכל יכולות העריכה המתקדמות שהיו חשובות לי, כולל שליטה מלאה בעיצוב הכתוביות.

Initial Impressions Only

I have just started using the platform so this is very preliminary.

Super excited about being able to take my videos and turn them into something that can really benefit other people.

I am already seeing some editing features that seem like they should be really basic but don't exist which means workarounds.

It is also frustrating that the IOS tool is more full featured than for other platforms. This should be fixed.

But I feel like I am going to get value from the tool.

Finally I used chat support and even though the answers were not what I wanted to hear... feature limitations. It was quick and helpful.

This app helps me create and edit videos so quickly and seamlessly I can grow my social following incredibly easily! I love their style and how easy they've made it to make any type of video

Es una herramienta muy fácil de manejar, intuitiva, rápida y efectiva. solo me falta poder personalizar cosas en la edición, pero de resto me gusta mucho

The iOS app works well and the captions are very accurate. The web version is currently quite bad. I hope they make the iOS version available on Mac via catalyst, I would increase the score if it happens

I saw a promo clip on one of my social media platforms and decided to get it a try. I purchased the Max plan which is affordable. It works as promoted. I have uploaded videos and used its "ai" function to enhance my video. Recently, I downloaded a 45 minute video and its "ai" function broke it down into about 15-20+ individual clips with segment subtitles.

Great customer service and really quick answers

I had accidentally subscribed to the annual Max plan when I intended to purchase the monthly subscription.

The support team responded very quickly, understood the situation immediately, and helped process my refund request without any issues.

The entire experience was professional, friendly, and much smoother than I expected. I really appreciate how understanding and helpful the team was.

Great Software very interactive always adding features. Had a billing issue and got resolved very quickly. Customer Service is amazing.

Captions has been fabulous . I needed to cancel a subscription that I prepaid for one year so I can reset it up under a new email address. They did originally offer to transfer through their support, but after a couple emails they offered to cancel and refund all my money and then I could easily set it up myself. And that was my preference. They were prompt and easy to work with.

Amazing! I requested for a refund and it came in within 5 minutes. This is the fastest I've ever seen.

Good but not perfect, especially with Arabic. Also it is expensive
