Total rip-off. Each video is insanly expensive and if you don't like what they generated too bad. You are stuck paying for it even if they generate total garbage

the recent changes really not good mean before i can to the all works of my reel just in pro plan but now i want to pay 3x quality good but its limited with credit so im switching to another ai tool

Prompt service

I booked the app for one of my collaborators who used it for a while and was satisfied. I've got no experience of my own, other than that the service via mail was fast and responsive.

I left them a polite but critical comment pointing out the issues. They deleted it. Then they made my subscription stop working.

The subscription is paid, but not a single video gets processed — every attempt returns an error. Two days have already passed since I paid for it.

This is simply a scam.

Spoke with Sam and he or she was extremely helpful. Gave them a quick description of the issue I was dealing with and within minutes was given a tutorial on how to fix it and it worked. The only reason I’m giving my experience 4 stars instead of 5 is because the resolution wasn’t permanent but the way to fix the issue seems to consistently work. Besides that, Captions works great! 👍

I’ve only recently started using Captions, but so far I’m very impressed.

The app is incredibly useful and has already helped me save a lot of time when editing videos. The features are intuitive, and it makes the entire content creation process much faster and easier.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. I accidentally purchased the annual subscription when I intended to buy the monthly plan. As soon as I contacted support through the chat, I received a response within minutes, and my refund request was already being processed shortly after.

Fast, professional, and helpful support makes a huge difference.

I I wanted to mention that I appreciate captions being fair and transparent about canceling my account because I no longer needed it. However, their customer service department, under the name Sam, was not helpful. He quickly explained what I needed to do and how to do it, even though the council was canceled. Despite this, I still recommend captions because they were honest and did not give me the runaround.

The UGC used are NOT accurate, the sound uses SUPER robotic. Do NOT buy this product, you are better off using your money somewhere else.

I absolutely love the app. Recently I need help from the support and it was flawless.
