Well it only took 3 tickets over 3 months and multiple emails to get resolution … not an ideal situation when I have 3 kids at home and a safe full of guns that I can’t open or close without 10,10,30 attempts and sometimes not at all ..
asking me to change batteries at the end was the last straw .. it wasn’t till Costco was about to return the safe that anything happened and I’m still waiting on parts … signed frustrated

I have had my Cannon safe for years. It has been of high quality and has been flawless. Recently, my digital keypad began having issues. Cannon customer service answered my call, and after providing them the requested information, I had parts headed my way as part of the lifetime warranty. Caring and knowledgeable employees made all the difference. I will be a Cannon customer for life!

While it took a little while to connect with customer service, all my concerns were addressed and covered under warranty to my satisfaction, including replacement parts. Really appreciate the care given to make sure my safe investment was the right one, my contents are secured, and I’m able to quickly and easily access everything. Thanks, Cannon (Maya appreciate you wrapping everything up).

I have had dealings with Gabe Cordova on a couple occasions and he is great. He helps resolve your issues and gets things handled and he is patient and gives you as much time as you need to look for items if you need to send anything in.
Cannon is a great company and it’s because of employees like Gabe !

Joe understood my problem when I told him the model safe. he quickly explained how to open and change battery and change combo.

Helpful staff who stayed with me until everything was repaired.

The lock to my safe was not working properly. Plus, the green light would not light up after I entered the code. I replaced the battery, but the safe was still not unlocking without me turning the handle twice. Gabe helped me reset the code and install another new battery. This fixed my lock and now the safe is opening on the first try.

It took over a month to get my parts and my safe was not secured. Other than that I am satisfied with the service.

Robert was very professional and took the time to look that my safe was registered, because I couldn't find the sales receipt. He made sure the part was ordered and is making sure I get a refund of money I had sent for part. He was more helpful than the others in that department.

GABE answered my call to Canon. He was great.!!!! So helpful and worked until he found my ticket number. Also had to search for the keypad pictures I had sent. Kept telling me it was OK that he would find them and very gentle with me. Finding everything he needed it was no time at all and the parts I needed to fix my safe were ordered. He explained that the parts would take time to get here and not to close the safe. I was very happy with the time he took to make sure everything was done for me.

Would have given 5 stars but it took two times putting in a ticket and multiple emails to get a response. However when I did get a response the service was great!!

My gun safe has been in storage for over a year. The battery was dead and I was unable to find the key. Reached out to Cannon safe and they provided the necessary paperwork and instructions on how to access my safe. The process was easy and thorough. Im now using my safe and very pleased with correspondence & assistance.

The Cannon safe key pad failed after a few months. Cannon said it was battery. After 12 new batteries safe still does not work. Cannon will not even respond now. Stay away from cannon safes! Will get a new safe.

The safe worked "ok" for the first couple years but constant issues with the electronic lock not always unlocking. Back around February of this year, it wouldn't open at all, and the shaft that you turn just twisted off after applying only moderate pressure. The reason for the bad review however is the customer service absolutely sucks. I had to call them NUMEROUS times after we'd established all they needed to get the claim going. after MANY weeks of total silence from them, I'd call back to follow up, they said they needed more information. Information that I'd already given them but they'd conveniently lost. We played this game 3-4 times. They'd tell me they had everything and I'd hear nothing so weeks later I'd call and they'd say they needed this or that. Again, info I'd previously provided. First off, if you lost the info, why are they not reaching out to me. This is their whole game. I still am not able to get into my safe. I've called again yesterday, after they'd gotten a lock smith approved a few weeks back, asking when in the hell are they coming. Didn't have an answer and I was told they'd call me back today. As I suspected, not a word. I am so frustrated with the incompetence and apathy that they have shown to my situation. I have been locked out of my gun safe for nearly half a year not and they couldn't care less. My next safe will NOT be a Canon. That is for damn sure

My safes battery died and was unable to get in. I changed the battery and no help. I called a locksmith and they wanted $500 and were going to use a drill. As a last ditch effort I thought I'd call Cannon's chat line figuring I'd get AI bot and still end up calling the locksmith. Toni R got on the line and in 10 min my safe was opened and I saved $500. Just a battery issue with a twist I didn't know. My "new" battery exp 2024, fortunately she recommended a battery with a longer expiration date which I had, 2027. BINGO! Safe open. Thanks Toni R and Cannon. She needs a pay raise:))

Tori was so helpful on the chat. She was very patient and polite.

Customer service was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions, made the process very easy.
