At first I got a generic email, which I didn’t like the process. I emailed the company to express that I wasn’t happy, a person immediately emailed back and I explained the problem and they got my model number and address and sent me a new keypad for my safe. My lock mechanism stopped working, and my safe is under warranty and your service department. did not replace it after several talks, so that being said, DO NOT BUY CANNON SAFES. THE LOCK MECHANISM IS NOT ANY GOOD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.

I had chosen the wrong model for initial setup. I couldnt get the keypad to open the safe. I contacted customer service and their response was immediate. They walked me through setup quickly and easily. Thanks again!!
I had my safe broken into and 41 guns…
I had my safe broken into and 41 guns stolen on Memorial Day Weekend. I contacted a person with the company within 3 days. A month later after several tries I got the forms to fill out the warranty claim.
I filled it out, had it notarized, sent it, copy of police report, and receipt within a week and now it`s after Labor Day and nothing has been done.
Quick and Simple once I received initial response.
The initial response to my ticket took about 2 weeks. But once they reached out to me, it was a very quick and easy process and I appreciated how simple the interaction was.
I have had my Canon Safe for… approximately 1 year now
I have had my Canon Safe for approximately six months when the keypad went out. I reached out to the safe manufacturer in an attempt to resolve this issue. They responded 30 days later with an email asking me to send them proof of purchase a video of what the safe was doing pictures of the serial number And the front of the safe. I did this followed their instructions. A month later they sent me another email asking for the same information I resent it then I have gotten no response in months and now they have closed my ticket saying hope we were able to help you. I have gotten no help. My safe is still broken and they will only respond to my request for help with. I’m sorry your ticket has been closed. I will never purchase this product again. The company is trash! Lifetime warranty what a joke!
Issue with assigning new combo
I had an issue with assigning a new code to my safe. I was actually trying to help my parents who live in a different state. I was able to get on a call with Gabe from Cannon and my mom to help walk her through the process. The call was about 40 minutes. Gabe was beyond patient, more than helpful and resolved the issue over the phone with us. We are so grateful to have gotten that taken care of with one phone call. I would recommend this brand to anyone because of the exceptional customer service I received. 10/10 !

My safe will not open every time
My safe will not open every time. I contacted support and they gave me a couple of things to try. I tried them and then wrote them back. No response. Wrote them again, no response. Very poor customer service. I don't know if I should replace the keypad or the mechanism inside or both or just throw the whole thing into the landfill and buy a new one. I know that I'll never buy another Cannon safe.
I spoke with two customer reps
I spoke with two customer reps, Jose and Edgar. The wall safe that came with our house is out of production. Cannon has no information on this safe in their data base. No safe keys are obtainable and no model number was available although I sent them several pictures of the safe. THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP ME TROUBLESHOOT. tHEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL.
Beeping keypad
Contacted Cannon Safen explained the problem of beeping keypad & not working. We tried trouble shooting, did not fix it, sent a video and after review was sent new keypad and board and all worked.

My safe would not open. Called Cannnon safe company, talked with Emmanual Saldana. He was very patient & courteous during the process of opening the safe. He was very knowlegable & exprenced with ways to get the safe to open. Thanks so very much! Did not have to damage the safe. Cannon has great safes & customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. When your keypad fails…..and it will….. you will get the run around claiming emails not received. Then after several phone calls was told by call center that claim ticket number was not found. Funny they had two ticket numbers on same case. Will end up purchasing keypad myself I’m over the terrible responses. A simple google search shows multiple cases of keypad failure and yet still have to go through all this. Next safe will not be a cannon and definitely will not recommend them.

Motherboard RMA
Initially, I was frustrated with lack of response on a RMA request that I submitted on 7/15. I called Cannon support and Gabe did an excellent job of studying the case and realized that I failed to attached the original receipt (my fault) but that a pic of mother board was also needed to get the replacement part ordered. Gabe also assisted me with how to disassemble the motherboard and how to reassemble when I receive the replacement covered by warranty. WELL DONE GABE !!
