Ive had my safe for 12 years. I could not open it. I got a new battery and called Cannon customer service. The gentleman talked me through the entire sequence and I successfully got it open. Thank you so much!!!

Having trouble opening the safe which is 8 years old. After being on hold, Gabe sent me the information I need to resolve my problem. Looks like I will need a locksmith to open up the safe.

I have purchased two cannon safes now and both of the locks are not working properly. I contacted Cannon and nothing but a runaround. Ended up having to buy the locks myself. Do not purchase a Cannon safe, save your time and buy Liberty.

Just bought a safe from tractor supply, after setting it up I noticed the inside panel was warped , sent several emails and facebook messages and finally got a email about it . This was well over a month , had to take pics , you could clearly see it was brand new in the pics , still had the tags on it , said I needed the receipt, couldn’t find it , I ended up fixing it myself , probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Cheap materials used inside it . I will never Own another cannon product.

Had trouble resetting code and needed to get a replacement handle. Gabe from Cannon showed great customer service and resolved my issues quickly.

Frank was patient with me. He was knowledgeable on how to abate my problem with the safe lock. He walked me through the process until I won.

Gabe was awesome. Walked me through setting up both new units. The instructions that were provided on line, did not help.

Contacted Cannon by email took over two months for a reply needed a power cable between the secure ram and battery by the time the reply had came after numerous attempts to contact Cannon. I had already had a locksmith come and put a new secure ram lock assembly on.

Was not at all happy with the “life time warranty “ but once I was able to contact someone to get the parts/help I needed their customer service was very good and friendly.

The worse customer service ever! I would truly give a “0”!!!
Bought my son a large Cannon safe, but had a missing handle! Virginia replied, but ignored my emails! It’s been 5 months and still no replacement for a missing handle for the safe!!!
Will never buy another Cannon product!!!

After trying the WEB page to get a ticket twice last week and a complete failure to accomplish buying a replacement key pad ... I finally Googled the Stack On phone number. Calling that number I was given a callback or wait choice. I chose callback. I received a call from Ms. L. less than 5 minutes later. From that point on was just great! I have a replacement on order! MS. L. is a courteous, kind, and subject matter expert!

I honestly don’t even want to rate one star but that is the lowest rating you have. I’ve had this safe for 4 years and the paint actually started peeling 2 years ago but I haven’t considered contacting because I didn’t know what to do about it. But academy sports is who I bought it through is the one that recommended me to contact you about it. And now I’m told that you won’t do anything about it when it is definitely a manufacturer issue with the paint not bonding to the metal and coming off in a whole piece as shown in the video. I wished now I would have chosen a better manufacturer that would stand behind their products. But I guess I’m just not ever going to recommend your product to anyone else since I’m stuck with a poorly made product and you won’t do anything about the craftsmanship of Your products. Very Very Dissatisfied customer!!!
