The handle on our brand new safe was spinning and would not engage with the spokes. I got a ticket number and sent videos of the problem. The next day I called customer service to see the status of my ticket. Frank found my info, looked at the problem and got it fixed in minutes. SO HAPPY FOR FRANK! HE WAS AWESOME!!

I was happy that I could get a replacment key for my safe.

The process was thorough so that not just anybody could get a key.

I need another key, please send the payment link to me.

I was surprised by how well I was treated while trying to solve a problem with my safe. The staff were very courteous and patient with me. I think they anticipated my questions before I asked and were well versed in solving my problem. They make me proud that I bought a Cannon product. Keep Frank and Lucy on the staff!

I had a problem with my safe's keypad. Numbers 1-6 would not respond. Figured I would have to get a new pad. I ended up with Toni Rodarte on a chat and within minutes, he had the fix. Static build up. He had me clear the the static and keypad works great.

Had some trouble resetting my safe, Gabe help me fix it. Thank you. Very nice and friendly guy. Great service

the gun safe i have was purchased in 2012 and the locking mechanism failed, i called cannon and they walked me through the procedures to try and fix it. it turned out to be a keypad failure; they told me i would have to call secureram ,i called them and they charged me $75.00 for a loaner key pad. i had to send back once the safe was open. i than called cannon back and they wasted my time making me take pictures of the locking device inside the safe, and than say its going to cost me $190.00 for a new lock. it has warranty!! i will never recommend cannon to anyone.

Cannot recommend Cannon Safe, key pad died after a few years, Cannon has been horrible to deal with trying to get a new one. They charged me almost $100 and then sent me the wrong keypad and hardware for my safe and then told me to drill and tap my safe myself to make it work vs getting me a correct replacement keypad. All further correspondence was irrelevant generic instructions that didn't even apply to my issue. A safe is a good investment, just make sure it is with a better company than Cannon.

Finally got the right guy (Alfredo P.) on the phone!! Had called a few times before and had no luck. This guy definitely not only saved me with my situation but he also kept me from flooding stack on with bad reviews. This guy needs a raise!! Truly saved the day!!

I have been trying to get a key for my stack on safe since the middle of Jan. 2026. The electronic key pad has stopped working. I have messaged multiple times and called several times. I sent the paperwork as needed to get a key, but have yet to receive a link to pay. I called last Wednesday and was told that I should receive the payment link Thursday or Friday of last week!? I have yet to receive anything!! I haven’t been able to get into my safe for almost a month. I really need the key. Still waiting.

I received a gun safe with the house I purchased. Cannon Safe provided excellent service in helping me gain access to code and directions to change it. Ryan was awesome.
