Jesse was awesome! I was experiencing a user induced error and he solved it within 2 minutes. My experience with the customer support team at cannon was a positive one, I read many only reviews saying otherwise. I had planned on holding on the phone line because i thought that they would never call back. I held on the line for about 15 minutes and then my wife needed help with something so I selected the call back option, it wasn't quite 10 minutes and Jesse called. Everything about the call was professional, even though it was a stupid error on my part and I was overthinking the situation. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars for customer support.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My safe is great! Being a engineer I think small changes to your parts could make a huge difference. my part that broke; if the pins had a complete weld would be much stronger. I don't know if it is done manually or by a robot,but a easy fix to make a much more durable part.

Parts were missing from a new safe I purchased. Although it’s been several months since the purchase, the parts are on their way now. I did miss their original email back to me so that could account for some of the wait time. Cannon’s representative’s emails have been cordial, informative and to the point. I’m very satisfied with Cannons customer service team!

Overall it was good just the time it took to get the parts. Information given and pictures should have been enough to speed up the process but it drug out. It took almost three months, thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency and it was just a safe.
Worst customer service
We bought our safe 4 years ago. About 2 months ago, the handle broke and a part inside fell to the bottom of the door.
We talked Cannon multiple times only to never speak to anyone.
I filed 2 complaints/claims online with them, only to never hear anything.
When we did get to speak with someone, they had closed our claim, because of a reply from a message last year on my Dad's safe. Not this year 2026, but 2025.
We fi ally got it thru it was a different safe and he said he would relay it up the chain and we have not heard anything, even with pictures and video.
So needless to say, we finally got into our safe after drilling it ourselves, still without any word from Cannon customer service.
We will never purchase another safe from this company after the non-existant support.

My safe's code scrambled
My safe's code scrambled, basically it changed without me changing it. I called customer service, terrible... I ususally don't review bad, but wow, this service was terrible. First I called, the agent was rude, also talking smack on the background as if he was watching a game or something... after all that waiting, he told me a solution...a Locksmith to drill. My safe came with a Lifetime warranty when I bought it, yup didn't work, I was told they don't have the part for the safe because they stop doind them not long ago. Don't call customer service, I called a Loclsmith that only do Safe, and they gave me more information then the actual people that are getting paid as "customer sevirce".
