Backpack arrived promptly. Managed to pack in a good amount. Lots of extra pockets and a secret one for passport/purse etc. Seems well-made and comfortable.

This is the 1st backpack I have ever bought and I'm 65 I wish I had done it sooner this bag holds si much and has my favorite thing lots of pockets so if your wanting a great value fir mo ey exceptionally made backpack don't hesitate this is the 1

Product is great ( not using until June so I’m hoping it’s all good for Ryanair ) delivery was super fast however once I placed the order I realised I made a mistake on the colour, I emailed immediately to see if this could be rectified, I received no response, I emailed again the next day but have still had no response whatsoever. I then got a thank you for my order from one of the owners (automated obviously )and it stated any problems reply to that email, which I did and I’m still waiting a reply from that email also.
so the communication is what let’s this company down

Bought items from Cabinmax previously, so knew this cabin bag was going to be good. Great sizing, ample room for a few days away AND suits most airlines dimensions.

We just received the bags, and they look like they're of high quality! We will see how they endure a few months of trips.

I'm travelling with this bag for first the time today and already the popper is broken that closes the little strap around the handles. Will be looking to return when I'm home from my trip.
