I received an email today asking me to review my order. Sadly my order has not arrived, and I am due to fly tomorrow. I am not one to write a negative review, but my criticism would be maybe to not send these emails to customers unless they are aware the customer has received the product. Very sad as I was looking forward to receiving it, and now I have to go out last minute to buy another one.

Fantastic bag. Fits perfectly in the Wizz Air baggage allowance for a carry-on free bag. Great space available too. Can fit more than you think. One of my best purchases.

Loved my Velocity suitcase so much I bought these two suitcases for my children.
They are fantastic quality but I didn’t realise the don’t expand but that’s my mistake. They are still lovely and big enough. Packed and delivered really quickly. All I all I am happy and would buy again.

This was my first time shopping with Cabin Max and I was very impressed. The website is very easy to navigate and with all the information you want. My Memphis backpack arrived very quickly and I'm really pleased with it. It's good quality and the compression feature works well so that you can pack a lot in! I like all the compartments and pockets and I love the Lavender colour! The only one little downside is that I don't find the zips run very smoothly, but I'm hoping this will improve with use, it doesn't put me off using the backpack or giving five stars 🤩
