Misleading info given
Could not arrange early check in. Said we could use spa at resort, to get ready for event we were attending if hotel had no early check ins on this day.
Hotel had no early check in’s available and we could NOT use spa to get ready. They knew nothing about it.
Why give out total misinformation?
So not pleased!
Desk staff was pleasant and the room was what you would expect.

I paid for a room I COULDNT STAY IN. When I went to book I chose the current weekend, booked my room for $107... and at some point the booking switched to the weekend after. When I went to check into my room, they refused to give me a room for anything under $600, and refused to give me any refund what-so-ever. Not only did I have to spend $450 (on a MUCH nicer room at a DIFFERENT hotel), but the week after they chatged me the amount of the room. When I tell you my friend and I DOUBLE CHECKED THIS BOOKING AND WERE SHOCKED WHEN THEY TOLD US THE BOOKING WAS MADE FOR THE NEXT WEEK. Will NEVER book with them again.

It is a very clean and comfy hotel. Only thing we were disappointed, In the description in Hotel.com, it was stating No window for the rooms which doesn't have window but when I booked the one which doesn't mention No Window comment, we still got No Window at the front desk. Why they gave No window room instead of window rooms

Kinda expensive for this motel
Kinda expensive for this motel, in serious need updates....didnt like the mold on the grout in the shower. Only provided 2 small towels & 1 facecloth for 2 people & only supplied 2 bars of soap, nothing else.
Front desk lady matter of fact, not very warm or friendly.
Would only stay here again if nothing else available

Your company rips people off
Your company rips people off. The rate at the hotel was$550 for 2 nights and YOU charged me $777.a total rip off Secondly ,there was no Available mechanism to cancel the reservation....Expedia has one inplace BUT YOU don't.I would Never recommend your site In fact I may even launch a consumer's review of your org.
