The hotel was wonderful
The hotel was wonderful - beautifully decorated and superb location by the water. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the process was smooth from booking to checkout. Staff and breakfast were exceptional. I highly recommend this B&B!

Make sure you keep receipts
Although this is a great hotel my deposit was badly messed up .she forgot to put in the deposit folder day end so when I left I didn't receive it I had to return 4 hour drive there back 2x to get my 200 back with no avaliable room discount nothing I was not very happy cost me more then anything

It was seamless
It was seamless, and the hotel was amazing. Staff didn't treat us any differently even though we booked through a 3rd party site.

I booked and paid on line with my…
I booked and paid on line with my visa/debit card when I got to the hotel they want to put a damage deposit on my credit card I said no it is full just bought parts for my business! They said run it anyway so it came back declined! So now they won’t let me stay without a credit card! I said when I paid on line there was no mention of a credit card upon checking in! The clerk said ask for your money back from the hotels.com I already know this isn’t going to happen cause I made a mistake on another site and I was stuck with it ! I said won’t happen told them to give me the money back there going to get paid from this site nope won’t happen! So final they took a deposit of 500 dollars from my account which when I looked at my credit card statement they tried for 150 so why would it be 500 so needless to say we didn’t eat well at the horse show until we got our deposit back to go home not sure if I will use one of these booking sites again and these people they have hired at these hotels need some manners or go back where you came from ! They want to come to Canada but they want to act and change it to be like there country! Then don’t come he if you don’t want to act like a Canadian
