I tried modifying my stay from 2 nights to 1 and they cannot help. They say I have to cancel and then try and rebook the one day. But no guarantees they can get my one night back.

The staff was nice and helpful
The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast delicious even though it was not included in the price, but very affordable.

Pas toujours facile..
Pas toujours facile... en tout cas, moins facile qu'avant. Je préfère réserver sur ordi, mais des difficultés me forcent à réserver sur mon cellulaire... Je déteste.
Aussi, les prix ont augmenté et malgré qu'on me dit que je suis "platine", j'ai rarement de meilleurs prix ou services qu'avant.
Une fois, j'ai voulu réserver et je ne pouvais pas voir mes nuits gratuites accumulées...
Donc, 3 étoiles. J'espère que nous recevrons un meilleur service... comme c'était l'an dernier...

Commons Inn Halifax NS plus Hotels.com no one would reply or even try to help.
I made a mistake when booking my reservation and accidentally booked Tuesday and Wednesday instead of Wednesday and Thursday. That was completely my fault, and I admitted it when I arrived. I politely asked if there was anything they could do to help, but they refused to make any accommodation or offer any flexibility, despite the room already being prepaid.
To make matters worse, they then charged us nearly $400 for a single night in what was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room had curtains covering the wall instead of a proper window, mould in the bathroom, furniture that looked decades old, and the bed creaked loudly every time someone moved. It was outdated, worn out, and nowhere near worth the price.
I understand that my booking mistake was my responsibility, but customer service goes a long way. Instead of trying to help, they showed no compassion and then charged an outrageous amount for a room that was in terrible condition.
I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we got to the room the desk was closed we were set up with the Security guard he did not went us to take our dog into the room, After half an our arguing we finally got into the room with paying extra for our dog

Le service client n'a pas répondu a ma demande de remboursement auprès de l'établissement du Motel Rideau a Montréal après ma visite . J'ai demander un remboursement car moi et ma belle mère avons jamais dormit dans ce motel miteux dont les lits était pas fait ( usagé) tout la chambre etait pleins de poils.
Nous avons dormit dans la voiture dans un stationnement d'un walmart. Jai envoyé des photos fe la chambre et rien ne c'est passé. Donc pas vraiment a l'écoute des clients!
