I was having issues placing and order online and called to leave a message for assistance. The following morning, I received a phone call and quickly completed a purchase. The lady I spoke with was very easy to talk with and her knowledge helped.

My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

I had an issue with my order/package. R***** responded to my email promptly and the issue was resolved. She was polite and professional. I was relieved that after providing photos and whatnot, my item arrives today! Thank you so much!

Rachel Is The Best!

Rachel knew all the answers to my questions and even looked up a Houston-based military surplus store with a holster/Molle clip for my LE launcher (plus laser) that wasn't available at Byrna. Plus, she was very personable. Mr. Byrna, please put her in for a raise!

The Byrna support personnel, e.g. Rachel McBride, did a great job fielding concerns over shipping problems where an oil reservoir leaked. Rachael was amazing in customer service. I'm a health professional and I don't often get this kind of service even from my suppliers. She was friendly, honest when specific questions were asked of her and yet very professional in her replies. She could teach other customer reps. a thing or two.

I bought the new Byrna launcher, life size target pack. The target tent was defective. Contacted Byrna and they immediately responded with replacement. That is standing by your product. Plus the launcher is a great addition to our family protection. My wife is so much more comfortable using this non-lethal weapon. And she is getting very good at it even at 50ft. I am looking forward to DOJ g business with Byrna.

Had a few problems with my Byrna LE I called customer service and spoke with Rachel she was quick to help me with my problems and didn't give me any issues at all unlike most other vendors. She took care of me quick and easy and was very nice. Shows how much Byrna cares about there customers

I bought the Byrna for a present for my wife on November 15th and she did not want it, so I went to return it and they only accept returns a 14 days after the sale. Mind you, it was never used and is unopened. These guys have horrible customer service.

I am an army veteran, that should say enough. I did not realize they had a non-lethal pistol. I purchased the SD and will soon purchase one for my wife.

I ordered four guns for Christmas presents and there was a shipping problem (my fault not theirs) . They immediately responded and took care of my problem with no questions asked. As far as customer support it is 5 out of a 5, but for me trying out my new Byrna I haven't tried shooting it quite yet. I am thinking about buying a shooting tent so I can practice on my shooting.

I had viewed BYRNA on The HUCKABEE Show on TBN. That’s when I decided to make a BYRNA purchase. Lol the discount helped too! I called Customer Service where Rachael told me of different bundles available. She also informed me that Amazon Prime might not ship BYRNA to CA. They don’t. I called Customer Service back & Sam helped me make my choices. Although I missed the cutoff date to receive BYRNA by Christmas…. I found out earlier today it’s on its way!
