I placed an order for an Energy Star dehumidifier. The next morning I was notified by email that it would be a week late. They gave me the option of upgrading to a bigger and better model at no extra charge, just for the inconvenience. I was so thrilled. It arrived within a few days, and what a powerhouse! It got my basement free of moisture and the musty smell is gone! I am so impressed with not only the product, but customer service was fantastic! It comes with a 1-year warranty, but was upgraded to a 2-year warranty just for registering the product. I am so happy with my purchase!

I purchased a dehumidifier and it came exactly as described on line. It works great. It has the pump and it it is quiet and efficient. I left for a week and it was sent to empty itself and it did exactly that no issues!! I highly recommend this product and hope it has a long life.

Jennifer from the Waykar Support Team sent me an email stating they were out of the model I had ordered due to a sudden surge in demand. She offered me an upgraded model which cost a lot more than what I had paid for the same price. Arrived quickly and I am 100% satisfied with the one that I received. Great service!

Works very well. The lighted touch pad seems to have a lag to it which makes adjusting the targeted humidity % to where I want it

Delivery was delayed by one day. Setup was straight forward and very easy. Dehumidifier began collecting moisture within a couple of hours.

Customer service was personable. You actually talked to a person. Evelyn was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I brought up all my problems and she addressed each one. Because of my concerns being addressed throughly I have purchased 2 more dehumidifiers. They diffently stand by their product!

My Waykar dehumidifier has been wonderful. It worked great, right out of the box. The instructions were easy to understand. It's been doing a great job keeping the moisture out of my bathroom. I would highly recommend it.
