The hidden auto-subscribe caused us financial hardship.
The hidden auto-subscribe caused us financial hardship. We looked for it when we ordered a product because we can't always auto-subscribe to everything we decide to try. We didn't see it, but well over 6 months later after the initial order to try it, we sudden get charged nearly $240 which was completely unexpected. We were especially short on when it happened. It caused us to not be able to buy enough food and due to the funds being taken at the time we had our cellular bill come through which we will get charged non-sufficient fund fees for as well. It just wasn't a good time for this to happen, especially when we didn't want it. Please make the auto-subscribe an opt-in option rather than forcing people to have to through 3-4 emails back and forth to resolve it. They did finally agree to stop the auto-subscribe and return the money, but that will take up to 10 business days, which is of no help as if it wouldn't have happened in the first place. The damage is done.

Opting Out
I had major surgery after ordering this product and have incision wounds still healing.
I cannot use the product until I am healed. They have (like every product lately) an automatic subscription service.
I asked for it to be discontinued because I am not able to use the product yet.
AND THEY DID! 5/5 for doing as asked!
