I was not impressed with the shipping…
I was not impressed with the shipping time it took almost a month for it to arrive and there was very little tracking information. When it arrived I was shocked at how small the bottle of Caster oil is no wonder they bug you to get on a subscription! Well I waited so long for it so I started using it last night I am following their recommendations to the tee even though some where out of the blue. Like you need to wash the pad before using to remove any impurities and store it in a glass jar in frig after using it. We'll fortunately I had time to wash it and let it dry before bed and I had a quart jar with a lid. So until next time Keep Smiling because it's Contagious!

The hidden auto-subscribe caused us financial hardship.
The hidden auto-subscribe caused us financial hardship. We looked for it when we ordered a product because we can't always auto-subscribe to everything we decide to try. We didn't see it, but well over 6 months later after the initial order to try it, we sudden get charged nearly $240 which was completely unexpected. We were especially short on when it happened. It caused us to not be able to buy enough food and due to the funds being taken at the time we had our cellular bill come through which we will get charged non-sufficient fund fees for as well. It just wasn't a good time for this to happen, especially when we didn't want it. Please make the auto-subscribe an opt-in option rather than forcing people to have to through 3-4 emails back and forth to resolve it. They did finally agree to stop the auto-subscribe and return the money, but that will take up to 10 business days, which is of no help as if it wouldn't have happened in the first place. The damage is done.
