After reading the reviews that are 1,2,3 and 4 stars, I will not be ordering this product. I have had experience with so many companies that make promises, and then do stuff as described. I promised myself that I would never again expose myself to internet scams. It's SO STRESSFUL.

Great interaction with customer support person Inti 5 stars.
Think the company Tavio should have the policy as some others do of checking before sending refills and asking whether to proceed or pause but their offer of a partial refund for recent unexpected renewal send and immediate pause until I write back was a good second best business wise. Haven’t used the product yet so will write about it when I do!
