I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ivie and the exceptional customer service she provided. I was receiving products on auto-ship without realizing it, and when I reached out by email, Ivie immediately took care of everything and processed my refunds without any hassle.
I am currently battling colon cancer and have been out of work all year, so those refunds truly made a huge difference for me. Her kindness, understanding, and willingness to help not only resolved the issue but genuinely made my day.

Usually, when you buy things online for some reason, it’s so hard to contact somebody or even return anything. Steph responded quickly. She went out of her way to make my return smooth. She was very accommodating, proved that there is still customer service out there. Thank you, Steph!

This company is the worst!!!
This company is the worst! Not only do they trick you into a subscription, but they refuse to cancel it at your request. I made 4 requests for a refund for returned merchandise. Not only have they not refunded my money, but they keep sending merchandise, which I immediately send back unopened. Then they offer me to keep it with first a 20% discount, then a 25% discount, and now they are at a 50% discount despite the fact that I have informed them that the apparatus does not fit me properly and the product is not for me. Consumer be advised....don't even start with them!

I had concerns about an auto-refill…
I had concerns about an auto-refill that I had not knowingly authorized, plus had made attempts to ask questions about the use of the products that kept coming back as not a valid e mail. Today I found another email address and it went through. Steph responded right away, addressing each concern. She was very helpful, explained the auto-refill and canceled it for me. She then answered each question I had. She was understanding and very caring. I appreciated her help very much.

Tavio is not a United States company. It is a company in China. That is why it takes so long for the delivery and why the tracking is obscure. The story by the mortician who finally outed the medical community is a bold faced lie. It was created to scare folks into buying this product that is not as expected. It is supposed to be pure organic cotton, so why do you need to wash it before using to get out any impurities? Just another scam perpetrated by a Chinese company to get the American dollar. Don’t fall for the parasites story. Its not true. Check PubMed before you let your emotions get the best of you like I did. It’s a scam and I believe all of these 5 star rating are too. I haven’t had one person answer any email as of yet. So the immediate respond crap is propaganda from the company. These folks have become incredibly crafty at their marketing schemes, so don’t fall for the scams. They write their own reviews.

Ana did a great job listening to my problems with subscriptions. I had mistakenly signed up for SUBSCRIPTION rather than ONE TIME ONLY ORDER.
Ana tried to help me modify my subscription to TAVIO, she finally decided to follow my request to cancel my subscription, allowing me to receive just the one order.
IT WAS A HUGE GIFT TO ME. SUBSCRIPTIONS HAVE CAUSED ME A LOT OF TROUBLE WITH MY BANK WITH REJECTED CHARGES AND CANCELLED DEBIT CARDS. ANA REALLY LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND WAS SO COOPERATIVE! TAVIO'S IDEAL REPRESENTATIVE! Nancy T Pickering
