I wasn't sure about the product. Stephanie walked me thru the process to how to use the product and what I needed to know. She was patient and very helpful. I was going to wait to give this review until I tried the product but if it works like she says then I will be writing another review after I have used the product and it works to my satisfaction.

Eli’s Guidance!
Eli, Eli…I struggled with understanding of how the application of the oil should be applied; Eli was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the entire process. I panicked when I couldn’t find his email and upon subsequent emails, he explained that it might be in my spam or junk mail. Sure enough I found it in my spam folder (I have know idea why it went there) but long story short, it was there and all is well so far with product and Eli’s exceptionally great explanation of how to use the wrap, the flannel fabric and the oil. If the process works, I’m a fan for life. Thanks Eli

Rare customer service indeed…
I had some reservations about confirming my payment due to the wording and what my bank's requirment was, and was ready to cancel my order but Louren -- without being at all impatient or insistent -- understood my hesitation, and confirmed the information I needed to know in order to feel confident in finishing the order, including knowing there were some options for timing of future scheduled shipments. Throughout the exchange Louren was always patient and courteous, respecting my right to make the final decision. I can honestly say I have rarely met a service representative who conducted herself with the refinement and commitment to rendering stellar service that I saw in Louren. She deserves a raise!
