ordered Karrimor Sabre SF75. We missed delivery as was at work and it was not given to a neighbour or taken to the local sorting/post office etc. Received email for attempted delivery but could only be Monday -Friday but no good as same would happen again and item was required for birthday present (which was missed). Emailed customer service but no apology and they couldnt care less. Changed address so could be taken in on weekdays and it was still sent to the wrong address. Luckily i had popped in to get something when the driver came or the same would have happened again. Shambles....

Edit... Saturday was when we received the email. We contacted to change the address as the option says need permission from retailer but was ignored. Its ok though son, no need to be bitter, you are just as efficient on customer service as other retailers. Points for trying though lol. We will use a proper company next time

Customer service awful ! Placed an order in March and chase them in May because they didn't bother to update me that the product is delayed! Been informed after this chase that the goods will be delivered in June...nothing happened in June and ask for a refund ! They are some kind of liers .

Great website, great products, and a really outstanding level of customer service.
I ordered from the website on the evening and before 12noon the next day I had a personal email from the proprietor thanking me for my custom. Not a confirmation of order email, or an invoice...nope, a separate, personal email to me thanking me for my business.
Something so simple, but so massive to the customer experience. It made the difference to me feeling valued as a customer and deciding to take the time to write a review on here.

I bought the cobra rx adder crossbow from here mid march, expected delivery time was mid april, I didnt recieve until mid may due to covid and importing issues but Gary would always email me and keep me up to date on the latest he heard from EK archery. He gave a brilliant service and always thanked me when I bought something from his shop. Will definitely check this website first when I buy anything in the future

After a google search on fire stoves I discovered this small company in Cambridge. Although there was a disclaimer about the delay due to Corona virus. This seller did everything thing he could to see my order through. So I put another order in for a candle and a knife. This seller is an honest, efficient seller of good quality affordable products.

Ordered some bolts and spare strings and they arrived the next day even during lockdown, awesome service considering how swamped they must be right now. Definitely recommend.

Purchased a crossbow from them, it turned up when it was supposed too , great communication from company thanking me for my custom, but when I opened the box the sling was missing , emailed on numerous occasions, had a couple of replies and now nothing , no replacement and no more communication i must say I’m a little disappointed ,

Unfortunately I had to return my item for a refund, no fault whatsoever though of the retailer. Their dispatch time's were quick with great customer service and quick replies to my e-mails. If only more online retailer's understood the importance of this kind of customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend their website to anyone.
