Ordered a Shooterking smock, great item but, had issues with the brand's own sizing guidelines from their own website. However, Gareth and his team were really quick to respond and sent out each new sized item promptly till I got the right fit. For the record, my advice is that Shooterking smocks are in fact, true to size, for me at least! Thanks again Bushcraftlab.

I wrote a negative review a while back about a damaged cobra 80 part, and about not receiving a replacement part, i have now received the part, it did take a bit to arrive but overall I'm now satisfied with the outcome, and respect to the Company For not forgetting about me.

Bought a few items from here, all arrived quickly! I was missing a part from 1 item (I didn't realise until a week after i'd got the item). I sent an email to enquire about it and they got in touch with the manufacturer to send the part direct to me, no messing about.

Bought a bow from them Web site, a bow draw weight on description was 20-65lb they delivered 15-55lb and different colour. I asked for refund or replacement if they have one like in description 20-65lb. And they just delivered replacement with the same draw weight 15-55lb which one is cheaper. The bow weight was checked by scale and I can proof that maximum is 55lb even the seller blow mind that

there is 65lb They don't care what I asked for. I will report to "Trading Standarts" and will ask help this problem.
Would not recommend this Web site.

If I could give 10 stars I would, great customer service, had an issue with something I bought and was swiftly rectified. Will be buying from here again when the time comes.

I ordered a cobra 80 crossbow limb on 22nd November. I contacted them via email 2 times. I never received a reply as to what happened to the delivery. I tried to reach them again via phone and left a message and again no reply. When to my surprise the product finally arrived today (11th January) it was damaged. It appears this product was previously used, broken and then glued back together. Very disappointed. I emailed again with photographs of the damaged areas and asked for a refund. It took a while and several email but I have finally received a full refund.

I ordered a UCO candle lantern...it arrived on time...when I lifted it from the box it sounded like the glass was broken...I didnt open it as I didnt want the glass to go everywhere...I emailed the company...I had a quick response...they were very helpful and understanding...and they correcrly explained it was the chain that was rattling...very happy with the service I received and the product I have purchased...will order again in the future. Thanks very much.

Start of well 1st few orders then made a order wouldn't let me enter the 10% discount code on PayPal I still ordered sent a email to tell them got treat as if I was lying then ignored. That not just refunding me my 10% has lost them future busy with me and any of my friends who I won't be directing there...

In case of an issue they give you the impression that you are becoming a burden for them, they respond extremely hard to messages and it feels like they don't really want to help. Delivery went well , no problems there but I will avoid them in the future.

Excellent prompt service and great comms. Highly recommended.

Just ordered a crossbow after using this company when postage was normal a year ago,the communication from the company was assuring during the Covid-19 situation and even with a delay in trying times the postage was very reasonable,5 star all in all from me I cannot recommend highly enough.

Ordered some gear and everything was great, advised by the company when it was dispatched and arrived quickly via royal mail. Also significantly cheaper for the same items than other companies, including amazon.
Customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have ordered my crossbow Guillotine-X and understand that there will be delays, due to the pandemic. I just do not understand how some people do not understand the situation. Thanks very much Bushcraft Lab, I cannot wait to receive the crossbow and other items ordered, very excited and can't wait for it to get to me.
