I had a miss understanding and after getting in contact with the seller he was very helpful and sorted my issue. Very good customer service and I highly recommend theirs products.

I bought a crossbow windlass from here, it cost over 100£ inc P&P. After maybe 50 uses it broke but luckily for me I have a welder, after much hassle I fixed the problem myself. I had only had the item for a month before it broke, but their return policy excluded me from getting either a replacement or refund.

Wow. Cannot believe I last reviewed a shopping experience here in 2017. I've certainly bought there since then. No idea why I failed to review those purchases here. Order anew gone in tonight. Lots of good interesting things there on their website. Easy to navigate and search for things too. Got some good new survival outdoors books coming to me to look at. And other bits and pieces of intetest that caught my eye on browsing. Great shop.

I recently ordered a Karrimor SF rucksack, and despite the product being out of stock at both Bushcraftlab and the manufacturer, I was kept informed every step of the way about the progress of my purchase.
UK-wide problems with HGV drivers, COVID and Brexit had disrupted deliveries, but as soon as the rucksack arrived at Bushcraftlab, they packaged it up (the same day) and sent it to me using next day delivery.
Brilliant service from a smaller company offering the personal touch so often lacking in bigger corporate concerns.

Do not trust the positive reviews on here. I got tricked into purchasing from these scammers due to the reviews and their supposed sale. They are actually collecting personal information against GDPR laws. You pay for an order with express delivery, read all the terms and yet suddely despite being a British citizen and a registered voter "they can't find you on the electoral roll and you must submit id to their address". This smells of a personal id theft and identity fraud from a mile away especially since I have been voting for the past 15 years. So beware, use a safe purchase method you can claim your money back from or just avoid, but do not give them your actual id in the mail! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Will def use again. I bought a crossbow, before I checked to see if my local archery club allowed them, which they do not.
Contacted bushcraft before they posted the item to see if it could be cancelled, which they done with no hassle and refunded within half an hour. Brilliant service. I shall 100% be using them again.

I only take time to review a company if I feel they are outstanding. This company most certainly are. My product was top class and delivery was super quick.
I even received an email from them thanking me for my order...what companies take the time to do that? Other companies take note!!! A top company and I cannot recommend them highly enough and I don't say that very often. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍
