This is the second time we have used Kirk-Brown Ltd services, and although we have never met, I wouldnt hesitate to recommended them.
Both times were thorough assessments of the properties. Both done at very short notice.
All in all, an efficient and and timely process. Thank you.

Five star recommendation
We were delighted with our survey and the very clear report produced by Cliff. Kirk-Brown Ltd fitted this in just before Christmas and then produced the report in a short timeline. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Great service very competitively priced. Thank you.

Home buyers survey
Spoke to Cliff about getting a quote for a home buyers survey. He was really friendly and answered all my questions and explained the entire process to me as we are first time buyers.
Very competitive quote, we happily accepted. Work was carried out promptly and survey sent through straight after.

We had a great experience
We had a great experience with Kirk-Brown surveyors. Very good communication in setting up, and the survey was prompt and clear. We received a detailed report ( within 24 hours ) which is easy to read and the pictures I think are very helpful for understanding. I'd definitely come back for a kitchen extension. Thank you, Cliff!
