Kirk-Brown Ltd Arvostelua

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Helpful, friendly and professional. The report was very comprehensive and easy to understand and Cliff gave particular attention to areas of concern that we had raised prior to his site visit. We would not hesitate in using them again for any future purchases.

I had researched quite a few surveyors and there was something about both Cliff and Helen that I felt were genuine and trustworthy, communication was a plus and there were no issues or concerns in this area, answered questions as fully as they could. I have also made a recommendation to one of my colleagues.

Helen and Cliff have been amazing, right from the get go! Their communication throughout was professional and clear. We booked to have a home buyers level 2 survey completed. Their report was very thorough and received impressively fast! The whole process was straightforward and as first time buyers incredibly stress free! We highly recommend their services and hope to use them in the future! Leanne and Jordan.

Helen and Clive were great to deal with from the initial contact with Helen. They did exactly what was asked of them, and the whole process was smooth, within the timeframes Helen provided. A pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, both from the booking process and getting the results afterwards. I've used them twice in the last 10 months after the first fell through but the report was comprehensive and the turnaround (less than 24 hours was impressive). Would not hesitate to recommend and use again (though hopefully not for a long time)

We had a Level 3 survey as we are purchasing an old, mixed construction house. Communication with both Cliff and Helen was excellent, they replied to our emails swiftly. The report arrived well within the expected time frame, and Cliff quickly answered the few questions we had as a result of the report. Highly recommend.

Helen & Cliff, were able to organise a quick turn around for us, visiting our property and the producing the report within a day. The report was very detailed and their communication was very good so we would definitely recommend you reaching out to them and discuss your requirements.

Thanks again for you assistance.

Can’t recommend Helen and Cliff enough. Not often you have to use a surveyor but although I only had a level 2 survey due to costs Cliff was very thorough and had the report with me the same day. Excellent feedback when I called to discuss the survey. Helen was also fantastic answering my emails without delay. Would 💯 recommend Cliff and would definitely use him again. Thank you ☺️

Excellent service and advice from Cliff. He completed a very thorough survey for me and sent the report through on the same day. Very grateful for his feedback and advice.

Cliff & Helen provided an exceptional service when valuing my home for my Help to Buy redemption. Their communication was clear and professional throughout, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. The entire process was smooth and efficient, making what could have been a stressful experience incredibly straightforward. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable RICS valuation.

The second time we have used Kirk-Brown Ltd to carry out surveys on our new properties. Helen was great in arranging the appointment quickly. We had the report turned round in 24 hours and Cliff spent lots of time on the phone clarifying our enquiries. Just what was needed.

fantastic service! I booked in with Cliff and explained my situation as we were nearing the end of our transaction. The lady advised that she could get us booked in the following week and the report would be with me the same week. I actually got my survey report on following day. Thank you so much!

I have used Cliff before for my own property purchase and found him excellent, full details given, everything well explained and happy to answer any questions (of which I had many at the time).

I needed another survey done for my elderly disabled brother to purchase an assisted living apartment, a new process for me but again very happy.
Many thanks Cliff and Helen

Kirk-Brown provided an excellent service from start to finish. They surveyed my apartment promptly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. The team was courteous, efficient, and thorough, ensuring all my questions were answered. I’m very impressed with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Top-notch experience!

Cliff provided a very detailed survey and really took the time to talk and explain all the details to us when it revealed lots of issues, that we as first time buyers may have overlooked. Cliff and Helen were as responsive as can be when we had another survey on a property we are now in the process of purchasing, the report of which was also very informative.

Our survey report was detailed, thorough and well explained with helpful photos included. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Kirk-Brown for peace of mind when purchasing a property.

Cliff has been absolutely flawless and more helpful that I could ever have asked for. We are going though our first house purchasing journey and Cliff gave us an extremely detailed survey and has since given honest advice and recommendations over the phone, whenever I've asked. Cliff really cares about his customers and it shows, I cannot fault his service.

We were recommended to use Kirk-Brown for our survey and it was the right decision. Our survey was very detailed, and received online the same evening.
Helen was very courteous in making arrangements. We would highly recommend Kirk-Brown Ltd., to anyone looking for a professional survey on a new property purchase.

I highly recommend Kirk- Brown Ltd. They were incredibly informative and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service all around!
