Kirk-Brown Ltd Arvostelua

We used Cliff for both our Help to Buy Valuation on a home we sold and a Level 3 Survey on the new home we're buying. As well as being a lovely guy, he ensured both reports came back within 48 hours. It was quick, reasonably priced as per industry standard, communication with Cliff and Helen was brilliant. Our survey was so thoroughly detailed. Helen is quick to reply and booked us in swiftly and explained the process to us. Would definitely recommend them for surveying services!

Incredibly responsive, quick and a professional and thorough report. Thank you.

Great communication throughout.
Arranging the survey was easy. The report was provided the same day as the visit. The report was comprehensive, with multiple photos demonstrating the points raised, including close up photos of roofing. Cliff offered a telephone conversation to talk through the findings. I took him up on this offer & found this very helpful.

Within an hour of my initial enquiry, Helen had arranged the survey for a few weeks time. I also received the report within 24 hours of the survey being done so I was very impressed with how quick the process was. Thoroughly recommend!!

Contacted Kirk-Brown ltd to discuss survey options. Spoke to Helen who was incredibly helpful and friendly and provided a detailed overview of each type and the cost. Once confirmed the survey was booked promptly, and I received a very detailed report within a couple of days of it taking place. The report was clear and comprehensive. Highly recommend.

Used Cliff /Helen before. Very fast to respond professional and friendly people . Would recommend

I feel unlucky that I did not have a very good experience with this company. The surveyor turned up quickly but the valuation figures were not very accurate considering the current market situation hence I asked if there is an error and it can be reviewed. My response was taken differently as if I am not allowed to ask for a review. I called twice and emailed a couple of times to clear the confusion but my call was never picked up and email was also ignored.I regretted my decision to go with them hence I just paid their fee and closed the topic. I never expected such a bitter experience

I recently used Kirk-Brown for a Level 3 building survey and had a very positive experience. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, communication was clear and helpful, and the report was delivered quickly. The survey itself was detailed and easy to understand, which has been really helpful during the house buying process. I would definitely recommend Kirk-Brown to anyone looking for a thorough and professional survey.

We used Kirk-Brown for our house purchase survey and the report was superb. Amazing detail and full instructions on rectifying any issues present. Would 100% recommend anyone to use them

We used Kirk-Brown for a level 2 survey, and the communication was great, really quick and the turnaround of the report for so fast. The report has everything we need. Would absolutely recommend this company and they were great value.

Cliff & Helen have been truly fantastic. They have been accommodating to our needs & the service and communication has been outstanding. Their great reviews here are what led us to them, and we were not disappointed! 100% recommend.
Thank you both.

We used Kirk-Brown for a level 2 survey on our house on St marys island. The communication was 2nd to none. The report was extensive and issued the same day. Would 100% recommend and would use again.

We booked a level 3 survey with Cliff & Helen. They were extremely efficient & accommodating. We requested specific items that we were concerned about and Cliff produced a report that covered everything that we had asked for and more. They offered a chat after we had digested the report to go over any concerns we may have had. The report was so explanatory that this was not actually necessary. However, the offer was there. We would thoroughly recommend Cliff and Helen.

We contacted Kirk-Brown at very short notice, hoping we might be lucky enough to secure availability for a last minute survey on our purchase. Helen was incredibly helpful on the phone, and the team managed to fit us in for a Saturday appointment within just five days of our initial enquiry. To top it off, the report landed in our inbox only 24 hours later — on a Sunday, no less.
The report was thorough and detailed, and highlighted some issues for us to consider. We are extremely grateful to Cliff, Helen, and the rest of the team for their outstanding service. Truly top-notch from start to finish.

We were recommended Kirk-Brown by a friend, and I am thankful that we were. We’ve had a fantastic, and seamless experience from start to finish.

The communication has been great. Helen contacted me immediately after sending an enquiry, and was extremely helpful and efficient and getting the survey booked in.

Cliffs survey itself was very thorough, and although it has unfortunately brought to light quite a lot of work that needs to be done to the property we are purchasing - that’s exactly what you get a survey for! And I’m so glad we did.

Thank you to both Cliff and Helen.

Of five surveyors I contacted, Cliff was the only one who willingly took the time to discuss with me the property I'm purchasing and went out of his way to explain some of the potential issues relating to its valuation. We received the Level 2 report within a couple of days and I'm extremely happy with it. I'd definitely use Cliff again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk-Brown Ltd.

Both Cliff and Helen could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much. The report is very thorough and arrived within the week. I would definitely recommend Kirk-Brown limited, and I would also be very happy to use them again.
Many thanks. Alison Evans

Cliff & Helen offered a professional service from start to finish, were efficient and professional in correspondence, carried out the service brilliantly, and sent all paperwork and admin as agreed, on time. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with Kirk-Brown Ltd, from the initial phone call through to receiving my RICS survey. Cliff and Helen were kind and professional, no question was too much, and the service was very quick and efficient. This family run business combines the best of both worlds with a personal feel alongside professionalism. 100% recommend!

We would highly recommend Helen & Cliff for their excellent service, from the initial booking to receiving the very extensive level 2 Survey Report. Helen was very helpful, approachable and nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you both for making this stage in our house purchase a positive experience.
