Kirk-Brown Ltd Arvostelua

Really pleased we reached out to Kirk-Brown, who was recommended to us. They worked really hard to fit in our survey as we were under a time pressure. Unlike other companies they were not pushy and Cliff was really clear at explaining the process.
The survey was clear, in depth and time was taken to cover all the aspects. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a personable and very professional service from start to finish. Very competitive price wise and excellent value for money.

The booking process from the beginning with Helen was very smooth. Everything was explained clearly to us, competitive price & no pressure to go ahead unlike other companies we contacted. The report came through very quick & was more detailed than we expected. We have already recommended Kirk-Brown to friends going through the buying process. Highly recommend!

An entirely painless experince at a reasonable cost. Certainly would use again.

Kirk-Brown service provided a very thorough and clear report for us to use. The service was also very quick and they don't ask for money upfront which can be a bit of a worry with scammers out there.
This is the second time we have used this service and we will again in the future and will be recommending it to friends and family. Excellent job thank you :)

The whole experience with Kirk-Brown Ltd has been friendly, professional and efficient. This is exactly what is required when buying a house - to be able to rely on a service when you have so many other things to attend to. I highly recommend and thank you so much.

We instructed this surveyor to conduct a level 2 homebuyers survey. The communication was excellent and in a timely manner. The report was sent over on the same day the inspection took place and we were really happy with the report - very detailed and above and beyond our expectations.

Would highly recommend Kirk- Brown Ltd.

Fantastic service by Cliff and Helen! Initially made our enquiry on a Sunday afternoon, within the hour Cliff had replied!

Communication is great and did a comprehensive report for our survey which provided us with all the necessary information to enable us to make an informed decision on our property purchase.

Highly recommend Kirk-Brown and will certainly be using their services again when we have the need to in the future.

From initial phone call to Cliff and excellent communication and quick response throughout via Helen we received a first class and faultless service. This culminated in a thorough and detailed Building Survey that arrived a week after the survey was conducted. Thank you!

I cannot fault a single part of my dealing with Kirk Brown - in the very beginning they had time to explain things in detail before any commitment, they delivered their service in extremely good time, and the final report sent to us quicker than expected. The report itself was extremely thorough, and exactly what was needed to give us some peace of mind on our house purchase. Thank you so much :)

Cliff was very thorough with the survey and contacted me by phone to discuss his findings before the report was written so that I knew what to expect.

He was happy to answer questions that I had and his wife was very personable when booking the appointment.

Would recommend to others.

We cannot recommend Kirk enough. By far the best survey we have seen on a home. Survey report was comprehensive and provided support and guidance for us as buyers. Kirk went above and beyond with a call following our report to discuss any further concerns we had.
Will be recommending Kirk to friends and family when needed. Thank you 😊

Cliff and the team went above and beyond from start to finish. Such a quick turn around and a really thorough report. Cliff was always so helpful and answered any questions we had. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing a survey!

Cliffe Kirk Brown was recommended to us by a friend. We found the service to be quick and efficient from start to finish. We received the report promptly, it was easy to read and clear to understand. We would not hesitate in recommending Cliffe Kirk Brown.

Cliff provided a professional service from start to finish. The thorough report was received promptly and was most helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending his services.

Cliff was extremely thorough with his report which was a full building survey. Pictures also helped highlight any issues. Follow up call to discuss report was very helpful in explaining various points which required further clarification. Report was also issued very promptly after survey was undertaken. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Cliff was recommended to us by some friends that had used his service, and we couldn’t be happier with the home survey and service he provided. The survey report was clear to understand, thorough in its examination and promptly produced. It raised some important maintenance and other issues that we could raise with our solicitors for buying our first house. Highly recommend.

We are first time buyers so have never had a home buyer survey done before and didn't know what to expect but the report we received was very thorough. We understood everything written in the report and it was very easy to read. I would highly recommend as we experienced a quick, efficient and friendly service from the outset.

Very professional and thorough survey. Unexpected repairs/maintenance were identified and a comprehensive assessment of the property. All done very promptly and at a very reasonable price.
Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the thorough survey completed. Helped us identify some issues with our property and get the price adjusted accordingly. Also very friendly service and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend!

Very professional, friendly and extremely efficient service from the outset, through to delivering the final survey results. Cannot fault the experience I had - with the cost also fairly priced. Would not hesitate to recommend Cliff and Kirk-Brown Ltd to others
