Good at admin, Not very proactive to support during sickness times, I never had any support in a difficult time whilst I kept paying monthly premiums...

I spoke with Sharron Alexis - Members Services Executive, she was very helpful as I was sending an email 2nd time in 2 weeks with the documentation as requested. She checked and told me an email has not been received and stayed on the call until I had sent the email again and confirmed received.

She also responded to me as soon as she forwarded the emails to the Claims Managers and also responded confirming when I will be contacted with an update.

Sharron is a great star and deserves great feedback from the team manager with praises, 5 star service given, thank you so much Sharron *****

I had a problem with the payment because I changed my bank account. I wrote an e-mail asking for help. The response was very quick.I got what I wanted without any problems.

As an independent Financial Adviser I have recommended British Friendly several times. Their administration is efficient and the staff are very helpful.

Sadly becoming increasingly incompetent - been a member for 8 years - lately the mistakes they make are grave and severe in the claims department - sent out a claim form TWICE - then this mutual admitted they had made a mistake doing so !!

I need not have worried. The person on the other end was very helpful and explained things in a simple and straightforward way.

I am not stuck owing bills for work done; I can't get Winter wood in and can't fill my oil tank.
I tried to get a partial payment for these increased bills.
I spoke to a person in the relevant Department who was bullying, sarcastic and thoroughly unpleasant - she usually is.
I don't have the relevant ID Dont have a Driving Licence, don't have a Pension letter as the office is in process of being moved to Scotland and the Council reprieved our Council Tax. I got snorts of disbelief from the awful woman in the office a thoroughly unpleasant obstructive person.

Please don't if you breathe, walk, eat just dont

Amazing experience with an amazing company, I’m a self employed electrician and 18 months ago I ruptured my acl and mcl knee ligaments whilst playing football with my son. After sending medical notes etc as expected I was instantly payed my claim entitlement week by week for the whole period even during recovery when I was able to slowly return to work.
Right through my calls, emails and all correspondence was acted on swiftly and professionally. Very pleased customer

Want to take premiums but won't pay out, scam

Charlie helped me immensely in July 21 and now unfortunately I need help again as cannot work for a while. Highly recommend British Friendly and I cannot stress enough how important it is to have an Income Protection Policy. Have recommended to many friends that I would not be without you. Thank you
