First time use and found their prices unbeatable. Delivery by DPD was as usual perfect. Hope to use them more
. So far 5star.

Order placed 21st Oct 2020, delivered 28th Oct 2020. Everything I ordered arrived well packaged and undamaged. The track And Trace information could've been a bit more detailed. For a couple of days it seemed to be stuck on 'sender has advised us parcel has been sent' or words to that effect, then after Royal Mail had received the order it was on 'We have your parcel' for a few more days. I read the latest comments here and was a bit apprehensive thinking I would be going down the long road of complaining and seeking redress, but waiting 7 days for their competitive prices and in the circumstances we are all in isn't bad at all. My first experience with this company has been a good one.

Absolutely shocking after sales service. 3 telephone calls and each time the reply is the same, “I will go and check if this is in the wharehouse” never to hear from them again. I spent a lot of money with this company, no more stay clear.

I just Love this shop they only sell quality goods they answer every email with in 24 hours and the delivery charges are really fair.
I dont use any other home brew shop anymore

I've been using this company for my Homebrew since April during lockdown - and they have NEVER failed me - I am surprised by some of the other reviews.
Just had my 5th delivery and as usual arrived so fast.
Items are excellent quality and believe me they really are cheaper than other rivals.
As for customer services - I spoke to Ben this morning as one item was incorrect,,, well how refreshing! he couldn't do enough to help - what a nice guy!
I don't leave reviews very often - think this is only my second - But credit where credit is due - And BREW2BOTTLE win my vote

Shocking.

Ordered £165 value. Order number 75920 if you care.

Received Email a day or so later, saying order was on it's way with a Royal Mail 24hr tracking number.

Great (you would think!)

8 Days later, Royal Mail tracking says they haven't even received the item.

Phoned Brew2Bottle this morning to ask about order, said they were very sorry and would look into it and phone me back in the afternoon. Ok appreciate there might have been a problem, it happens.

No Phone call back. Now they are taking the p**s.

So back to the title. Shocking service.

Cancelled the order, I expect a refund or else I will start a Paypal dispute. Watch this space...

Re-Ordered from the-home-brew-shop.co.uk, I know I can depend on them.

And that's not even to mention my brew dates are all now at least 2 weeks out of sync :(

Saw the had great reviews so thought I would given them a try. Every type of grain out of stock. How can you brew without grain? Only one type of hop shown, Bulldog, which I have never hear of, and that was out of stock. They had some Vegan finings in stock that I wanted, but not worth ordering just them as will be stung on high delivery charges. So basically a waste of time.

I received such great service from Brew2Bottle. I called initially to make an enquiry and the guy I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Sophie in Customer Care then assisted me over email and she was a star. Thank you to the whole team. The overall handling of my orders has been fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. First time I’ve used the company and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Placed my order on a Wednesday evening and was advised that delivery may take 5 working days, my order arrived Saturday morning.
Items are of good quality and I cannot find them cheaper anywhere else.

I got a parcel via DPD today. One item was smashed. Replacement on it’s way now. Even allowed me to add something else with the replacement included in the free postage for the replacement. Great customer service.

Competitive prices, variety of the products to choose from. Their spirit bottles are just taking all those home brews to the next level.
However the most important part is their outstanding customer service.
Thanks to courier company (Don't Point Dhem ;) ) some of the bottles arrived damaged.
Send email to their sales team - had and reply within 2 min !
After quick veryfiacation they're replacing damaged good within a second. They should be doing trainings for other companies and show them how it's done !

Been with brew2bottle for a while now. Always shopped around for years but for the last 12 months iv gone to one place only, BREW2BOTTLE.
Prices goods.
Range fantastic.
But, best of all, the customer service is out of this world. Only had one order that went a bit wrong, I’ll put it down to the tough times. But the staff where all over it. Gave me all the time I needed of them. Sent out a replacement in litterly 24 hours. They even gave me the option for a full refund.

Fantastic Company. Brilliant service. Ultra quick delivery now with DPD. Product range is huge and diverse and their prices cannot be beaten by any other Brewing Supplier.

Found these guys purely by chance then also found I live near them. Quick to respond to emails,Super friendly on the phone. They literally couldn't do enough to help. Great products at great prices, quality kits and gear. This has now become my one stop shop.

Have used this company many times and they're the best. You'd be doing yourself a great disservice to go anywhere else.

I have made multiple orders online with Brew2Bottle and each time have received fast and efficient service. Their prices are really competitive and they are always super quick messaging you back regarding any brewing advice that you may need on Facebook messenger or email etc, which I think is fantastic and just backs up their professionalism.

I'm really pleased to have found them and will continue to use them for many more brewing kits.
