Been using these for a while now and always been happy with the prices , Produce and delivery. They have plenty of products and plenty of stock. I cocked up the delivery address on my first order (Well autocomplete did really but was wrong !) I emailed and gor an email back straight away and could not do enough to help me get it sorted. Keep up the good work :-).

Really love this company. Variety of high quality ingredients and equipment for a wide range of brewing needs and the customer service is FANTASTIC!!!! Speed of response and action taken on enquiries and when wobbles occur with delivery is truly excellent.

There was some confusion over which extra fermentable to order with my Mangrove Jack beer kit. When the wrong one arrived Gareth from their sales team went “above and beyond” to sort this out for me. I am really impressed with both him and his company. I will certainly be buying from Brew2bottle again and highly recommend them.

I ordered quite a few bottles from these guys and I forgot to add a siphon tube to my order so I had to pay the postage on that. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund for the postage without requesting it. One of the bottles arrived broken, but having sent a quick email with a photo of the breakage a new bottle was sent out immediately. Great service thank you.

Great prices, good selection. They made a small picking error but straight away offered a solution when contacted and their response was quick.

I should have known better. Just to save a pound or two I gave this company another chance. But again their delivery arrived wrongly fulfilled and badly packaged. That's when you notice they don't give you a phone number on their website. There are better choices out there.

First time using Brew2Bottle as they were the cheapest and offered free delivery. Order arrived in a timely manner by our brilliant DPD driver even in the snow. Nicely packed.

Order arrived on time. Good products, good prices, good customer service. An item was damaged in transit and a replacement was promptly sent. Couldn't ask for more.
I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been using B2B for years and always found them helpful. Sure sometimes the cans are dented but I've never had one I couldn't open. Don't affect the taste of the beer.

Ok apart from the courier, B2b need to dump DPD before they start losing more business.

Ordered 2 boxes of 12 clip lid beer bottles. Arrived quickly, unfortunatley one was broken. A quick email rectified the problem and a replacement was sent right away.
Good quality bottles, great customer service. Will use again.

Brew2Bottle have been my go-to homebrew supplier since 2020.

Not only are their prices very competitive, I'd say unbeatable, but the service is excellent and delivery times are always ahead of expectation. They're always enthusiastic when responding to any questions I have about their products or homebrewing, regardless of how much of a noob I can be! Whatever the subject I always receive a prompt and helpful response.

The only issue I've had was clearly down to heavy handed transportation - beyond Brew2Bottle's control, but sorted by Brew2Bottle immediately with no fuss.

I am very happy to recommend them.

Ive been buying wine kits and products from Brew 2 Bottle for a few years. Always quickly despatched and delivered, great products and fair prices. Had a slight delivery issue recently - excellent customer service sorted immidiately. Five stars.

Ordered two tins of dark ale which arrived ok in a nice box,however both tins have big dents
If this is why they were actually quite cheap i dont mind they are fine and not leaking but would have been nice to be told they were cheaper due to damage.
Other people have reported the same thing.
Overall a good experience.

With the demise of Wilko, there's a lot of homebrewers looking for a new supplier. I tried this company and am very pleased. Good prices, fast delivery from a company which gave a 1 hour slot. Packaging fine, and I had a good customer service experience when I had a query (from Gareth). Will certainly order again when I have used up this batch.
