I had been let down by a couple of companies and was now in urgent need of demijohns. Having placed my order with Brew2Bottle I waited! Finally I sent them an email & received a rapid phone call, apparently the stuff I wanted wasn't in stock so we agreed on an alternative product. Delivery was within a reasonable timescale, sadly one of the demijohns was completely smashed. Considering the way the bottles were so well packaged I find it hard to believe that this happened in transit. In addition part of the order was missing, so I sent another email and waited..... Finally I resorted to PayPal for a partial refund, which happened almost immediately, I then received a reply to my email - apparently my message went into their junk.
Now the question you're all asking 'would I buy from these guys again'? Probably - the kit I did get was of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Customer service was both excellent and poor. Final analysis, I'm happy with the outcome, could have done with less hassle. You choose

I ordered my stuff a few days ago, with standard delivery and it’s arrived today. Everything was there and it all looks to be good. Obviously I can’t comment on anything else but this website is legit and you shouldn’t worry about getting scammed, which is what I worry about with less known websites.

Ordered Coopers lager and brew enhancer. Cost came in at just over £21 compared to £28 from Amazon. Packaged well, arrived in around 4 days via Royal Mail tracked. I’ll use them again.

Outstanding customer service. Ordered my wine kits at 1.30pm on Thursday and they arrived before 9am the following morning. So often we hear that 'due to the pandemic....', however, this company clearly have their customers interests in hand. A rare little gem. Well done Brew2bottle!

During lockdown it seemed all the online brew stores decided to increase the price of my favourite beer kit by 20%!
Brew2bottle didn't, they maintained their cheap pricing, so naturally they got my business.
I have found their prices and service excellent. Order to delivery is really fast, around 3 working days.
So far I am really impressed and, of course, a happy customer.

Very unfortunately guys, I got charged extra, as I never had before. I asked to return the package but no answer yet. I think we might not buy from these guys again. Beware of extra charges, I trusted them blindly, my mistake. But they've los a customer and whoever else is around here that used to buy from them

Now getting into brewing my own beers and enjoying the experience. Great service from them and what I am really impressed with is the customer service supplied by Martyn. Any doubts or clarification questions emailed to him, are always answered in a very personal friendly way , along with additional "tips" that are always beneficial to the learning.
NB? .I note a comment below on this page referring to a bad experience, and I am somewhat confused as to how a spillage of sterilizing items ( basically weak chlorine ) could cause such reported effects ? ....are they sure they did not open a different package with Hydrochloric Acid in it.

New to brewing and came across this company on the Internet. Have gotten two orders delivered promptly so far. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly when I contacted them to adjust my orders etc.
I would recommend them as the service is exemplary.

The first deliver arrived damaged as I ordered a brewing bucket and they put the cans of brew inside, was only cosmetic, but with beer brewing in it, it looks like paint on it, the sent me a replacement, that came in several parts after damage in the post and poor packing, not heard off them since and I was a regular customer... they won`t be hearing off me again either

Great company and super customer service. I have used B2B a few times before but on my last occasion there was a manufacturer’s issue with an item. Contacted Martyn and he sorted the replacement super fast and with a great customer service attitude. Really happy with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic company, been buying all my brew stuff from them for over a year now. Very good website easy to use and order from. Never had any issues with any of the products bar dents in the cans, but they still do the job! Very good pricing will continue to use.

This is my 4th order, hopefully useful rather than repetitive, to demonstrate good service is not an exception.

Bulky (big wine kit, 2 beer kits & supplies) ordered after 6pm 18-Jan, delivered around noon 21-Jan. This is very good in present circumstances and good for any time. All items ordered received and I am content with price and all aspects of the service (though I have not needed to contact customer service, a good thing in itself, but I can't comment on this aspect of the experience).

The delivery communication is particularly helpful, with a 1-hour slot being given, so I can arrange the rest of the day around it.

Suggestion: The heavy wine box had been given some less-gentle handling and the plastic wine bag had burst out of the winexpert box, both top and bottom (not punctured, so OK to use). May I suggest labelling "Liquid Cargo - Fragile" and perhaps some shock resistant packing (a recent food order containing bottles had been packed with mats of partially shredded old cardboard, seemed very fit-for-purpose).

I will use again - in fact I'm about to place an order.

Have ordered a few times. The last time, part my order wasn’t received. I rang the couriers who admitted brew2bottle had despatched it. Contacted brew2bottle and they dispatched my remaining order within 2 days and it was left in their hand to claim from the courier. Was extremely impressed with the service. Would certainly recommend them.

Absolutely shocking customer service if you have a problem with your delivery don't expect any help from them I have been waiting 11 days from when the original delivery date and have had to contact the delivery company direct due to brew 2 bottles reluctance to help

Placed order for a Christmas present. Happy with price and delivery time however not happy with the packing of the goods. All squashed in a box not big enough so goods now in broken boxes that I can’t possibly give as a gift. Very disappointed
